Splash Beachfront Condo, 1st Floor With Beach Chairs

We arrived to the condo in the early morning hours, the arrival and check in process was a breeze. There was a very musty smell, salt in the king size bed, stains on the pull out couch, the curtains in the living room were hanging half way off the track, the clear shower liner in the master bathroom was ripped up barely hanging on and there was black mold on all of the air vents ! I reached out to the owner to rectify these issues and got no where. They acknowledged my message and then left me on delivered for days!! The 1st floor views were nice and the easy check in process other than that do not book!

We had a great stay. Room was clean, location is great.

Everything was good except the king size mattress one side was wore out. It was rough on My back!

Room was very clean! Easy to get to the elevator to pool area. Would recommend staying here.

Property owner was excellent, great communication and room was as described. The actual condo was great. 10/10 stars. But outside of the room is where it goes down hill. The property grounds isn’t well kept. Dirty, outdated and bathrooms didn’t flush properly. Even saw roaches at the pool. Also nobody cleans the pool. Guest was skimming the bugs out themselves. The condo and property owner is great but the rest isn’t.

Enjoyed this property with my 4 grands ages 3-7! Highly recommend the 1st floor and having the beach chairs and umbrella included was a huge plus!

Very clean and right on the beach! Easy to get in and out of and close to stores.

This was our first time staying at the Splash resort and we loved it! The condo was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed, we’ll definitely be back!

Amazing, did not want to leave

1st - Our stay was great! We love this end of PCB because of the traffic. We love Splash because of the family friendly atmosphere! 2nd - The condo was great, comes with beach lounge chairs in your rental, PLUS nice beach chairs to sit by the water! Even more, I LOVE THAT IT WAS ON THE FIRST FLOOR! Makes me feel better with littles! 3rd - Check-in process was great and the owner was very timely with communication! They even adapted check-in time for us based on arrival (obviously availability played a factor). THANK YOU for that! Only thing we would have changed about the trip is to have dish detergent to be able to run the dishwasher, garbage bags (we only had one and then the tiny ones for bathroom garbage), and salt and pepper (that’s a want - not a need… lol). Thank you for a great stay!

The condo was great, in fact we decided to extend our stay an extra day, it was easy to communicate to James and do so. Another perk was the washing machine and dryer were pretty large which was nice to have when having a family vacation. Being so close to the beach and having the chairs and sun umbrella rental included was great. It was nice being able to spend time out on the beach and then go back to eat lunch and go back out to the beach. It is close (3 miles) to pier park but far enough away so there’s not a ton of traffic in front of the condo. Would stay here again.

Was short but very sweet

Our stay was amazing and we already want to go back. The views of the Gulf was amazing.

Clean, being in the first floor and night waiting for an elevator was very nice!

Had a wonderful stay! Host was responsive, property was clean and just as depicted in the pictures. We had a fantastic time!

This condo was great. Loved how i could go out on balcony and not be to high off the ground. I will be staying at this condo again when i go to panama beach.
