The room is great and the property is nice and security team is great. I got a little agitated with checking in. I informed the lady that my grown children would be checking in at different times because they wild be coming when they got of work. She didn't want to know how many or their names, they just needed to come by and pay for parking and get wrist bands when they arrive. My son and his wife had no problems on Friday morning. On Saturday morning when my daughter went to the desk the lady wanted me to show her proof that she could stay in the room. I didn't have the paper with me. If I need to show proof of how many is staying in my room, then they need to get that information when I check in and then when others come later she will know how many is supposed to be in the room! Other than that, our stay was great.

Loved the property and the location! Beds were very comfortable! Couch and curtains needed to be cleaned in living room. Biggest complaint was the elevators. There aren’t enough elevators for the number of people especially with luggage carts .

We got there after driving 7 hours. Check in was easy and the kids couldnt wait to see the ocean. Everything in the condo was as the owners said. Everything was clean and in working condition. The beds were very comfortable. We will definitely go back.

We had a great stay here in May of 2025. The condo was perfect for our family. The elevators made us nervous because of so many bad reviews, but were only an issue one day (one elevator was being worked on). The check in process was very convenient.

We would love to stay there again. Very clean and the owner was very helpful and easy to get in contact with. Great view of the beach.

Perfect condo for my family of 5. There is plenty of room for everyone. The resort is amazing for all ages. Only down fall is the shower head does not fit in the shower in the master bath so we all had to share one bathroom to shower. The beach chairs is a huge plus added with this room. We hope to come back and stay again.

My husband and I took our four kids and my 2 nieces (20 month twins) and it was amazing! The room was perfect. The location was great! The kids loved it! I would go back anytime! Thank you so much!

We have stayed numerous times at Splash and this unit has been our favorite so far. The unit has enough room for everyone and is a lower level unit to accommodate for the busy elevators. Our microwave went out and the host were super quick about replacing it for us. Our only wish would be for a new box spring in the front bedroom. It was super loud on one side.

It was wonderful so relaxing the room was awesome plenty of room very clean balcony with great view

When we arrived, the first thing I noticed was the coffee pot was a Keurig and I was not informed of this prior to arrival; their weren't any of the little cups of coffee on the premises and all we brought with us was the regular coffee like you would use in Mr. Coffee or any other drip coffee maker. This was a real bummer, as one of the highlights of being on vacation at the beach is sitting on the balcony in the morning drinking a fresh pot of coffee. So, be warned... bring your own coffee pot, or some Keurig cups of coffee!!!
