This condo was great for our family vacation. Just steps away from the beautiful beach in a very safe neighborhood. The condo could use some updating but it met all of our needs. The patio furniture was completely rusted when we arrived but the rental company was quick to respond to our call and brought temporary chairs for us to use during our stay. Lastly, there was not a queen bed but two double beds instead. All being said, we enjoyed our vacation and would stay here again.

Wow- the picture and listing is what we wanted for our family. We didn’t get that. We got a bedroom in a different unit. Kids didn’t have sleepovers with grandma. Bait and switched. Thanks

This condo is in a terrific location, right on the water in Sawgrass. However it is totally misrepresented in the online description and the place was dated and filthy. The complex is 40 years old and I don't believe this unit has ever been updated or renovated. The carpets and tile floors were stained, dirty and not cleanable--even though the property manager had them cleaned while we were there. The place was described as luxurious and beautiful with a gourmet kitchen. The kitchen was horrible with rusted out pots and pans and the cupboards were full of dirty and disgusting dishes and glasses. It took us several days to clean what we could to make it usable. The blender and other appliances had old food crusted on them. Besides all this, when we arrived the AC wasn't working, two TV's were not operable and numerous lights had no bulbs. The balcony which could have been nice was very dirty and the furniture was filthy and unusable. In addition, while there was a grill on the balcony, the propane tank was rusted out and probably a fire hazard. It was obvious the property manager had not inspected this condo for a long time and should never have rented it. After numerous discussions with them, all they rebated to us was the cleaning fee. They maintained the other issues were housekeeping and the rebate of the cleaning fee covered it. We left the condo and stayed elsewhere for one week of the month we rented because of the disgusting nature of this place. While the property manager is at fault for accepting this rental and not inspecting it, the owner totally misrepresented it in the description. The condo is spacious but very dated and needs significant renovation and a deep cleaning before it should be rented again. Stay away!!
