Spectacular waterfront luxury

Very nice, clean condo with great views of the lake. Had plenty of room for our family of 5 adults and 2 kids, plus all the amenities you could need. Screened porch was fabulous to watch the activity with a nice fan blowing and no bugs!

We enjoyed the pickle ball courts and pool as well as the close proximity of the condo. Condo was spacious - loved the king size beds in every room. Loved the screen in porch.

What a wonderful property it was exactly what we were looking for to celebrate a family graduation and get together. We would recommend it. In fact my 5 year old granddaughter ask if she could have her 6 th birthday at the holiday house.

Great location with beautiful views of lake and easy access to pool; perfect size for our family with 3 large bedrooms and separate pull out sofa for our 4 yr old.

Our stay at this condo in the Ozarks was absolutely perfect! From start to finish, the communication with the host was excellent — quick responses, helpful information, and genuinely accommodating. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was fantastic with beautiful views of the lake. We felt right at home. Highly recommend!

Condo was most excellent and host was even better. I swear the host was up 24/7 because all of my questions were answered within minutes.

Needed some room for a house that was too full. Condo was close by, spacious and very nice. Really enjoyed it

We had a great time with the kids and grandkids. Playground was good for their ages but the pools were the biggest hit. We did have trouble finding beach towels and pickleball equipment hidden behind laundry room door, but overall a good vacation for all.

This is a perfect property for family. This was our second summer stay and we hope to make it back again next year!

We had a total of 6 adults and 2 teens. The place was plenty of room for all of us for our 5 night stay and they everything you could need. We stay at Regatta Bay every year and are never disappointed. Its a great complex!

This place is clean, spacious, comfortable, and in a great location. They had the condo completely stocked with everything including two folding twin memory foam mattresses, many soft oversized blankets, batteries, scissors, ziplock bags, plastic wrap, beach towels, first aid kit, movies, books, laundry supplies, cooking tools, kids toys, and more! The screened in porch kept the bugs away. The coffee maker can a place for Kurdish cups or traditional ground coffee. There was an extra fridge too! Was a wonderful trip would highly recommend this place and the great complex it’s in.

Great getaway in large condo, great location, walk in access from parking, easy access to pool, beautiful view of the lake, screened porch with dining table, well stocked kitchen (2 refrigerators!) John is great host, easy communication. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband, myself, two grown daughters and their husbands and three grandchildren (22 mos, 4 years, and 9 years old) so 9 of us. The adult couples had their own bedrooms (kings) and bathrooms. The kids had a sleeping room with a pull out queen sofa. It really was very comfortable. Everyone really enjoyed the screened in porch. The kids could go in and out and play. The son -in-laws loved sitting out there and reading or watching all the boats and jet skis. The noise was minimal, the pools and fishing dock were great. We cooked a little and made it to Shorty Pants for dinner on the lake. My only minimal suggestion is the fridge was musty and needed a scrub and some baking soda. It was not dirty!

This condo is huge and perfectly located. It had everything in it we could ask for and more. John is a fantastic host!!

We absolutely loved staying here! The location was great in the Four Seasons area! Both pools were about a 2 minute walk. They have a pavilion that overlooked the lake and we watched all the fireworks on it with my family and neighbors! The screened in patio overlooking the water was so fun. We took some pools down the the dock and fished. Caught 30 fish and made great memories with family and friends!

This was the perfect stay for my family. This condo has a very easy entry with no steps, and is very clean and spacious. The large screened deck allows you to watch boats, water fowl, and lake activities without being bothered by bugs. The area was quiet and the condo was spotless and very well furnished. We will definitely rent again!

Very clean and roomy for 9 of us. Great waterfront location. Communication from/with the owner was flawless. VRBO emails were also timely and informative. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed some family time at this beautiful condo. The home is clean and comfortable, view is spectacular, and the location can't be beat. It's a blessing that John and Linda are willing to open their home for the enjoyment of others. Nice golf courses in the area too, which Dad, brother and husband thoroughly enjoyed.
