Stayed Dec 23, 2024Very nice, but refundable deposit when looking and booking said one amount, but once you reach payment page it became more than 4 times that amount! We did get it all back but that is a huge deposit. Also said check-in was at 3 pm but when receiving code to get it, that changed to 4 pm. Check-out said 11 am on booking but 10 am on same info received a few days before checking in. Other than that, it was a great place.

Stayed Dec 23, 2025Very nice place would rent again…very clean and centralized for everything we did.Down fall tie floor hard on kids and older people with slipping and falling tile floor through out very. Ice but slippery. Everything else from appliances to beds to pool very nice(great large pool and play area for kids)Will stay here again

Stayed Aug 15, 2025The place was great, pet friendly, VERY large rooms, the pool staff and pool bartender were awesome. We definitely recommend this place!! (Had 6 adults and 2 10 year old boys, ple ty if room and ole ty to do) 5 minutes from Epic, 10 to 12 minutes from islands of adventure, Publix an s Walgreens around tue corner.

Stayed May 28, 2025This was ideal for our family of parents, grand parents and 2 teenagers. Large, clean, comfortable condo in a gated village with beautiful landscaping and a large pool. The location is perfect to visit theme parks and the Orlando area. We would definitely book again.

Stayed May 8, 2025Great Communication prior to our stay, easy access to gated complex and suite. Very clean, many luxuries like comfortable beds, couches and chairs, laundry, large bathrooms and TV's for relaxing. I highly recommend this property especially for the price. Only 2 of us and the place is huge. Had zero issues!

Stayed Mar 7, 2025Nice place to stay. Very affordable. Perfect distance to universal studios. Tile very slippery. Suggest different type of bath rugs. Non slip. No tv remote in the 1st bedroom on the right.Would definitely stay again.

Stayed Dec 4, 2024The place had lots of space, and felt like a home away from home.Easy to get in and out of the complex.Communication was slightly confusing as you receive emails from the vista Cay association for check-in. Stayed Jul 11, 2024The location is close to theme parks and dinner options. It is a standard condo with all amenities that were needed. Everything worked as it should and as stated in the listing. There were only a couple of issues...several of the light switches were missing covers creating a potential hazard and the garbage is stored in the hallway of the building which does not look good and smelled.
