Stayed Apr 19, 2025Our family week at Dawn’s condo was awesome. Our grandchildren (ages 11 and 9) enjoyed the pool and the nightly fireworks (Pirate Ship) seen from the condo’s balcony. The four adults appreciated the condo’s beach proximity and gorgeous sunsets from the balcony. The spacious condo is tastefully appointed with a full kitchen and three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The six of us were very comfortable in the spacious condo and appreciated the nearby Malecon, restaurants and, as always, the beach. In addition, Molino de Agua’s staff is friendly, accessible, and helpful.Thank you Dawn for the wonderful family week in your condo. We look forward to our next visit.Sincerely,The Magaña Family

Stayed Mar 22, 2025The condo unit and complex are perfectly maintained with great staff and amenities. The location is great, situated in the heart of old PV, with easy access to eateries, shops and activities.We had 2 units in the complex with a family ranging in ages from 1 - 77, and it was great.We hope to return again.

Stayed Nov 7, 2024I have been wanting to stay at the Molino de Agua condo building for years now, and Dawn's condo did not disappoint. Great location, beautiful grounds and a clean, spacious, and well stocked condo made this a great rental for our family vacation.

Stayed Aug 2, 2024Property is as advertised. Kids enjoyed the pool and the wife and I enjoyed the Zona Romantica shops and restaurants. Definitely will stay here when i come back to PV

Stayed Jun 9, 2024I can't say enough good things about this property - from the expansive breathtaking panoramic view of the pacific, to the perfect pool to the luxurious suite we couldn't have chose a better place. The security was tight, the pool staff were amazing, and the infinity pool was perfect for my 5 year old that doesn't swim. Lots of shallow areas for him. And being right on the Malecon was a treat. Truly an unforgettable 10 days.
