The condo itself was lovely, well appointed, a well stocked kitchen , comfortable and clean. We were really pleased overall.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We typically have a great stay, but this time was not our favorite. The rental property was great and updated. We splurged for this unit as we don't vacation often. We had someone check in on us over the phone and I had let them know that the construction right outside our window was inconvenient. Not in a complaining manner but just to mention it. I received a call back from an Aaron and he didn't understand what was inconvenient about it (he seemed annoyed I said anything). I was put off by this comment. We weren't able to keep our window or doors open due to the gas smell from the leaf blower and dust that was being blown around. Not to mention I had a 8 month old sleeping in the bedroom who takes a few naps during the day and who was unable due to the noise and due to being hot because we couldn't open the window. It was nice that the construction didn't start early but still INCONVIENT. The owner of the unit did stop by which was nice.

Next door at e5 there was an ant problem. All three units were weak on nice towels and had no boogie boards (other units we have rented always had them available for us)

We enjoyed this condo and our weekend in Oceanside. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The weather was cool during our visit but do note: the majority of these units do not have air conditioning (including this one). It wasn’t a problem for us but something to consider in the summer. Otherwise, highly recommend!
