VRBO should drop this property.Master BED was unusable. It felt like laying on hard springs. We didn't use it once. Rather, we slept in the twin beds in room too. They were 3 out of 5.You could smell previous guests in the couch. It was WAY beyond its useful life.Clump of mold in the master bath. The tile needs to be scrubbed and sanitized.Dried cheese on a plate in the cupboard.Bring your own paper goods for 1,700? One bad apple turns us into a Red Roof Inn?Babies with NONE swimming diapers in the pool (against the rules). We got out.View was pretty good. Beach was nice. Location is good. Parking was inadequate. We weren't allowed to bring down a trailer with two motorcycles. Two vehicle limit. PERIOD.These people must be in dire need of income. I had family in other rooms with the same quality.It's Very Sad. This entire place could be a nice gem if it weren't for the owners and management.We left two days early. Just wasn't worth it. And, I'm not hard to please.

What a view!!!! This condo had a great location on the Gulf Coast and very easy walking access to a beautiful beach - we enjoyed sunrises and sunsets every day! The property is in a safe and well-kept resort with plenty of ammenities, and its location was convenient to Fort Morgan, Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, the state park, and Foley.The condo is on the top floor (great views!) and had everything we needed for an easy and comfortable month-long stay. We were able to prepare and enjoy all of our meals as we had planned (including using the resort charcoal grills). Bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated the dressers and closets for organization. Two bathrooms allowed us to spread out - and great water presure in the showers. TV, internet, and cell service were all excellent!We could not have asked for a better stay!

Everything was wonderful! Beautiful views, plenty of space, easy access to pools and beach. Condo was very clean. Beds were comfortable. WIFI was a little spotty but it was manageable. We would definitely stay here again!!

I love the view from this condo. It was a great stay. Definitely recommend it.

Wonderful time but the only complaint I have is they need new mattresses on the bed in the master bedroom and a new couch in the living room. My husband and I both came home early because of our sciatica nerve hurting, mine hurt me all week.

This was just as advertised. We enjoyed our stay as always. The beach was great it's a little bit of a walk but still vetter than having to go to the public beach. We would definitely stay again. Thanks lin for hosting us.

This property is excellent. The view from the balcony is great. It was clean. Communication was good. Not much more to say. This is our second time renting this unit.

We have been at this condo several times. We absolutely love the view and location. I don’t remember the mattresses being so uncomfortable though. We didn’t sleep well at all because of how uncomfortable the mattress was.

We enjoyed the beach and pool but did not enjoy a 400 charge for a broken lamp after leaving. Lots of expensive clutter to live around in this unit. The location was inconvenient as it took a 20 minute drive to all of the fun. Beds very hard and uncomfortable. Communication with owner was good.

This property was exactly as advertised. The 8th floor beach view is definitely the best feature. Having a restaurant in the building is also a big plus. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bed was very comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. The decor is pretty retro, but everything works. The only recommendation I have is that the sofa is pretty well sprung; might be time to replace that. Wonderful stay!
