Spectacular garden views. A short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops!

I’m a huge bed snob first and foremost! The bed was comfortable, sheets were soft. The remodel was perfect and clean. There was a King bed, twin with a bed under and a couch bed. The beach is right next to the resort. We just walked back to the room for anything we needed which was so nice. We will be back.

This property was “just okay” but not really worth what we paid. The listing should explain more clearly that there is no AC or heat. There are only two windows - one in the bedroom (which has a pretty significantly sized hole in the screen) and one in the living room which serve as the doors to the balcony. As other reviewers have stated, there is a really LOUD train that runs pretty constantly day and night, so keeping the windows open especially at night is not an option. The check in process was confusing, and the grounds are super confusing to try to navigate. The listing describes a “chef’s kitchen” but it’s really not, and there are no extras like oil, salt and pepper, that kind of thing - which I’m used to having in other vacation homes. There are also a LOT of kids staying on the property, so it’s not quiet or relaxing at the pool. They also use the gym a lot even though they’re not supposed to without adult supervision. Overall, I just really felt like this place was not as nice and relaxing as advertised, very confusing to navigate, and the location was okay. I won’t stay here again, and don’t recommend it.

We had no idea where the unit was located on the property when we booked. Unfortunately it’s at the front next to the street leading to the beach and the train tracks. Even though there is no AC, we anticipated the ocean breeze would be enough. But because of where the unit is, there is no breeze. There were two fans in the unit but it wasn’t enough to cool it down. The property is very beautiful and tropical; very well maintained. But it’s huge and you can get lost very easily! The property owner should create a guide for the unit with helpful info such as how to access streaming channels and other info about the unit. The screen in the bedroom needs to be repaired so the window can be left open. Replace the can opener as it’s terribly rusted. Put a chain on the door so it can be opened for a cross breeze. We will definitely stay in this complex again, just not in this unit.

Our condo had plenty ofToilet paper, towels and chairs for the beach. Included fans which came in handy on hotter days. The only negative was a baby seat that was there for convenience has mold in the tray so we were unable to use that for our one year old.

We had a great time and enjoyed the convenience of having the pool, kitchen, gym, and table games all within the same complex, plus its proximity to the beach! A few things about the stay that we didn’t love…The building’s location is right next to the train trax, so you hear that all night long. Also, when we booked it said you could see the ocean off the patio, but that’s not true, you can see just a sliver of the River/pond next to the harbor, but that’s it. I noticed someone else said the same thing and that part of the advertisement was removed. Finally just something to be aware of that I didn’t even think about is that these units have no AC. Maybe in most units that’s not an issue because your facing the ocean and getting that ocean breeze, but this unit is just about the furthest from the ocean as possible and got very little breeze at night. We had to have fans blasting on hi all night in every room just to stay cool. With that all said and done, the unit was clean and nicely updated. The bed and couch were a little old and dingy but you get what you pay for. We would definitely stay at NCV again, but would probably find a different unit closer to the water and away from the train tracks

The condo was nice. It was right by the train tracks so it was loud when the windows were open. The condo had a very musty smell (bad water smell) when the shower was used. The property was nice and it served the purpose to sleep. We didn’t spend much time in the condo due to the smell.
