Best communication I have ever had with anyone from a VRBO experience, I cannot tell you how much they enhanced the trip with all the information they provide. From destinations, to reviews, to weather, and even to last minute get togethers on the beach!! The condo is gorgeous and very well taken care of with a breathtaking view, if you enjoy the ocean and watching sea turtles play all day. Bed was past comfortable. Friends of ours stayed upstairs in another one, and I will tell you the difference was night and day! If you get the chance don't pass it up!!

Chris was amazing. He made sure we were very well yaken care of. The place super clean and had amzing views.

Our stay was amazing with everything needed in kitchen and bathroom plus more than expected. Parking was simple with a permit in your room. Had great options for the king size bed that has a mattress topper for softer bed or take off for a more firm bed. Great communication from host on so many things to do in the area with his phone number if you had questions right away.

Everything about our stay was fantastic. The description of the condo and its surroundings were accurate and everything we expected. The host provided lots of helpful tips about things to do, food options, etc. We absolutely loved our stay and appreciated how everything we needed was in the condo...beach supplies, a well appointed kitchen, comfy areas to rest and a perfect view of the bay with daily visits from the sea turtles!

This is a delightful place to stay, with easy access to all parts of the island if you have rented a car. It is a comfy, well stocked condo with great Hawaiian décor. The sound and view of the waves hitting the rocks just outside the lanai door was so relaxing. Sunrises, sunsets, & rainbows are right there for your viewing. We did not attempt snorkeling in front of the condo at Ko’ai Bay, but snorkeling at Lawaii Beach in front of the Beach House Restaurant was great, as was snorkeling at Poipu Beach. Our host was tremendously open to communication with us before, during, and after our stay. He provided us with extensive information both before and during our stay, as well as immediate response to any questions we had for him. He also provided numerous tips and advice for places to see, things to do, and the best days for a Napali boat tour given the wave and weather conditions. Make sure and listen to his tip to avoid parking under the trees where the wild parrots roost at night. We would enjoy returning to this rental if and when we make another trip to Kauai.

Chris was so helpful and kind when we worried about the hurricane! Also, gave lots of great recommendations. The location was great, close to poipu and with beautiful sunset views. Loved looking for turtles in the mornings and evenings.

Chris and Becky could not have been better hosts. Their detail-oriented guide was super thorough and helpful. The place itself has clearly been mastered over several years, giving it an amazing Hawaiian charm. I hope to make a return someday, very soon!

The location, cleanliness, amenities, and view were perfect! The owner (Chris) was extremely helpful and communicative. The king bed was so very comfortable. We enjoyed using the boogie boards and beach chairs during our stay as well! Our two daughters slept on the pullout couch without any issues! It was plenty of space for the 4 of us. We even experienced a tsunami warning while we were on the island and Chris immediately reached out to give us locations that were high enough for safety. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

What can I say? This was our first trip to Kauai and I’m so grateful I found this property and that it was available. When we walked in we were first greeted with Hawaiian music playing and a breathtaking view from our lanai! The bed was very comfortable once we removed the pillow top and although I found the pillows too hard for my liking, using the pillows from the living room worked just fine. Speaking of the living room…the furniture was incredibly comfy. Chris was very helpful at answering all our questions prior to our visit that had nothing to do with the condo itself but Instead with recommendations on the best date to book a snorkel trip to the Nepali coast due to weather/water conditions. He didn’t steer us wrong because the captain of our boat said had we booked earlier the water conditions were much more choppy than the day we went. Sitting on the lanai was so relaxing and beautiful that we actually spent our last afternoon hanging out and enjoying the view, the birds, the turtles and the occasional local surfers who would walk by on their way to the point where every evening a slew of them would gather. The closet is completely stocked with Tommy Bahamas sand chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, snorkeling masks/fins and a cooler plus more beach goodies we didn’t use like boogie boards and camp chairs. He even had a couple full size rain umbrellas! I highly recommend staying here and if we should return to Kauai, I already know where we’ll stay!

This is an amazing condo at an excellent facility. The condo is updated and beautifully decorated with interesting Hawaiian artwork. The host, Chris, is super helpful and communicative.

This condo was even better than expected. Trust me, you will love it. Chris has everything you will need and even things you didn’t know you needed. We throughly enjoyed our week! The only thing missing from this location is a better beach but Lawa’i beach does have good snorkeling and other beaches are just a short drive away. I loved the sunrises and sunsets and shopping and dining is a short walk up the road. Mahalo Chris!

Chris is absolutely a super host, he provided lots of detailed, helpful information before and during our trip which made me feel welcome to the island. The condo is clean, with safety equipment in the bathroom and beautiful view in the lanai. The location closes to nice restaurants, nice beaches, and activities in the South shore. If I come back to Kauai in the future, I won't hesitate to book his condo again.

The property was clean and beautifully decorated in island theme with well manicured grounds and a comfortable bed. The lanai opens to a sunrise and the sound of waves. What a view! We sat and looked at it for hours, coffee in the morning and wine at night.Walk around the corner of the building and watch the sunset. Probably about 30 or 40 feet from the ocean! Great Snorkeling, lots of turtles, beaches, shopping, all kinds of food options minutes away. The host is amazing, helpful, and responsive. We will definitely come back. I wish I could give a 5 1/2 star rating!

We really enjoyed our two weeks here. Everything about the property lived up to all the detailed descriptions and positive reviews. we particularly enjoyed the beautiful sunrises with the east facing ocean exposure. That made it impossible not to be “up and at em” early every glorious tropical morning. We made good use of all the outdoor equipment, particularly the beach, chairs, towels, and the handy cooler (crucial for a perfect beach day on tunnels beach… A highlight of the trip). Chris himself is fairly unique for a host. He was like having a constantly available concierge. I would ask a question or request a recommendation, check back in 10 minutes, and there would be a thoughtful, detailed answer. Thanks for all the good tips and for taking a real interest in our vacation Chris! We will definitely try to stay here again if we are fortunate enough to return to Kauai one day. Mahalo!

Freshly painted and easy access this property was a nice spot to relax. Beach House restaurant is right next door. walking path. House was well equipped with beach chairs, boogie boards, towels and a cooler. Manager was helpful and easy to talk to. checked in with us to be sure we had everything we needed. great packet for recs around the area. would stay here again. nice hawaiian art as well

We fell in love with this condo. It was perfect for our vacation. So clean, comfortable and fun, and what an amazing location. Chris clearly puts so much into making this condo a perfect place to stay while on your vacation. Very highly recommend!!

The location is nice, right on Prince Kuhio beach and a few steps from Lawaii beach, where we saw sea turtles and a resting monk seal. The snorkeling is excellent. The view from the condo looks equally at the beach and the traffic on Lawaii road. The condo is in need of a deep cleaning and some repairs. Many things didn’t quite work right, whether it be the sensor on the coffee pot, the dull knives, the shutter track, the torn chaise lounge chair, the brittle blender lid that crumbles when you pick it up, or the temperamental airco. This being said, the owner’s Aloha is very evident whether it be in the lovely Hawaiian art displayed throughout the condo, the detailed instructions and recommendations provided, or in the communication and support we received during our stay.

This is a great condo in a great location. Definitely did not want to go home at the end of the stay. Magical to sit on the lanai sip coffee watching the sunrise while turtles and whales danced in the water.

The host, Chris, was very responsive and very detailed with information about the unit and the area. The location was ideal, right on the waters edge with a beautiful view of the ocean. The unit got the morning sun so was shaded in the afternoon which was ideal for the sunset and sitting out on the patio. It was very close to shops and restaurants. As for the unit, pros: Fully equipped large kitchen. Had everything and more. New refrigerator. Very comfortable king size bed. Large roomy living area with sofa and two chairs with foot stools. Well provided with towels, beach gear, hangers, beach chairs, books and more. Nice wood decor and wall hangings. Cons: Bedroom and bathroom need to be painted. Could use a deep clean. No TV in living room. There is a small TV in the closet to bring out and use but we ended up using our IPADs as that was easier. It was a very nice trip and we enjoyed Kauai and watching the sunset from the condo, but If I come back to Kauai, I would choose a more updated unit.

The condo has everything you will need. Everything. Great location, to beaches , South Kauai sites. Loved my coffee on morning lanai. Shower has great pressure ( and loved the “ jet water pressure for the toilet” . ) Recommend it 10/10.

Holy smokes! I don't know where to begin. What a gorgeous unit and the view was beyond impeccable. We were literally right on the water. We are so appreciative of the time that Chris put in to ensure that we knew where everything was, how everything worked and how to get whatever we needed. The attention to detail was superior! After a long travel day, we had to call to open the front door but it was user error. Chris graciously was walked me through it. We just loved it. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time during our 7 night stay. The views were awesome and we really enjoyed the lanai to watch sunrises, turtles and surfers, and listen to the ocean. The condo was as described, clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated with lots of koa wood and island accents. We appreciated having all the amenities we needed working well and readily available including beach chairs and cooler. The heads up on not parking under trees overnight was very helpful and we were able to avoid bird droppings. We also want to acknowledge Chris and Becky who were great hosts. They provided a lot of helpful information we used during our visit and also checked in periodically to insure we were all set. Finally, we need to mention Robert, the maintenance man, who helped with our parking permit and was a genuinely nice man. Thank you again for a great vacation!

The view was fabulous! The condo was extremely clean. The host was very informative. Parking was no issue. Sunset was steps away. Would definitely stay again!

If you are looking for a lovely place to stay with sunrise and sunset with no commercial things around.. this is the place for you. Walking distance to fruit and shaved ice also. Sea turtles and sea lions every day. Surf-boarders all the time. Relaxing and friendly condo and ground workers. The lawn was beautiful

We really enjoyed staying at the Worley’s place. The waterfront location walking distance to several beaches was unbeatable. The lanai starts to get shady in the late morning allowing for peaceful, relaxing times watching the giant green turtles frolicking in the surf. The condo is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen is perfectly functional and equipped for preparing simple meals. Our hosts were quickly responsive, and provided great recommendations for beaches, food and live music on the island. Will definitely consider staying here again when we return to Kauai.

Hard to summarize in a few words-The property owner is very detailed oriented with instructions/places to go to etc-NO detail was left unanswered! BUT their place was way beyond our expectations! Haha The kitchen is better stocked than mine at home-The location is perfect-seeing the sunrise outside our lanai and also seeing sea turtle swim there also was just magical-i have so much more i could share about this property-perfection, quiet, and a perfect Hawaiian vibe is what it exudes!

Great price for an amazing location, great walking distance to a lot of activities, good biking, surfing, and snorkeling. Baby beach is a short walk away great for young kids. Thank you for the amazing condo.
