Stayed Jul 18, 2021Horrible service, front office couldn’t resolve anything. The mini-slit from the living room didn’t work all week they couldnt fix it and the temperature was at 98 with 80 humidity you could not stay in that room. The light switch from the main bathroom was broken we had to take a shower with the lamp from our phones, it took them 2 days to fix it. Wifi, phone line and remote controls from TVs didn’t work. We have stay there from many years and we have never had any problems, you can see the hotel is deteriorating. They charged for parking even though it said is free

Stayed Mar 12, 2026Clean room, extra sleeping options (with blankets), amazing beach & city views, pool was the perfect way to end the day, split system HVAC got the rooms comfortable quickly, restaurant downstairs (Williams Paradise) is delicious & they have good drink options too. This condo played a big part in this being a perfect vacation with family!

Stayed Feb 8, 2025Our unit was comfortable and relatively clean with amazing views and location. We would definitely go back again. Front desk and cleaning staff were wonderful and efficient. William and family and food amazing. Only downside was getting issues within the suite or as advertised addressed in a timely matter or not it at all. No hot tub on site or no BBQ(only with fee) as stated in the VRBO listing. We made many attempts asking and ‘sometimes’ we got issues addressed and sometimes just ignored and never addressed. We eventually gave up asking. Not sure if this a VRBO, owner, or management deficiency? That said, we managed and are patient people for the most part but it might be a suggestion for your reference in future..Regards,Cindy and Dale

Stayed Mar 8, 2025First time staying at this place and it overall went well. The property manager was great with communication. We had no hot water the first day but she took care of that issue right away. The windows in the living room and master bedroom had an amazing view of the beach and opened up like you were sitting outside.

Stayed May 11, 2024Our second year staying at Islays del Sol in the Golden Zone. An older building on the beach front in a great area. Walkable to many restaurants and shopping. The restaurant on site is worth a try, the food and service is great.
