Spectacular Beachfront Corner Unit w/ Views, Pool and Great Location on Madeira Beach

Beach was unobstructed and ground very clean. Condo itself was as described, good location

Very nice updated condo, pool was not working at time of our stay was the biggest disappointment. Had issues with the AC but a quick text and service crew came to fix it

Our family of 5 has stayed at Kima for four years now. This is ‘our condo’ as my girls affectionately call it. We love the view, how clean it is, and how convenient it is to walk straight out to the beach. We will book it again for next year as soon as we can.

We loved this place. It was so nice and convenient. But we are very disappointed that they won’t allow us to book Sunday- Sunday next year. Due to where we live, and the flight we take, we can only do Sunday-Sunday. We are so disappointed.

This was our family’s first time staying at a condo on Madeira Beach. Everything exceeded our expectations. The beach, the location, the sunsets, the amenities inside the condo, the cleanliness, the access to beach toys, beach towels and chairs all made our stay a memorable one! Thanks for an outstanding week, we will certainly be back!

We absolutely loved our time in Madeira Beach! The location couldn’t have been better — steps from the sand and close to everything we needed. The condo itself was beautiful, clean, and incredibly comfortable. You can tell the complex has done an amazing job recovering from what was clearly a devastating hurricane — everything felt fresh and well cared for. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed, and the beds were super comfy, which made it easy to relax and enjoy every minute. Can’t wait to come back!

We enjoyed our spring break week at Kima 106! The condo was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for the week. Even though the weather was cooler than normal, we loved spending time on the patio with beautiful sunsets and views of the gulf. It was sad to see the hurricane damage to the Redington/Madeira area, but it’s good to see the recovery happening with tourists supporting the restaurants and shops. The Kima property management was working hard the week we visited to improve the property after the hurricane with new paint and fencing. The pool was open and clean. We are looking forward to staying at Kima again when we travel back to the area! ?

Great unit and location. Everything we needed and had beach chairs and towels as well. Hope to stay again. Thanks for finding us a place closer to our original reservation. Beautiful!

It was so great staying right on the beach. The hosts were very responsive, left us what we needed and overall it was a great stay with 2 young kids!

The condo was great, unfortunately our stay was shortened by Mother Nature. We would definitely come back. Had trouble with the codes in the gate to the beach/pool but the trip team was quick to respond and helpful.

A great time in a great place. 106 Kima was all we could ask for. The facility was in as great a location as you could possibly want. It wasn’t too large a condo building. The condo we rented was all that was promised and more. It was amazingly well stocked.. Right on the beach. Plenty of room. The pool was a plus.

It was our second time in this unit, everything is so perfect. Great location, well equipped, clean. Our family had a perfect time and we will come back.

This was our third year staying at Kima and it’s perfect each time. Great view of the beach and ocean, easy access, my girls love the pool too! Managers are quick to handle any issues that may arise. We’ll be back next year!

Five adults one child or 5 years old. Had a great time. Located near everything you would ever need.
