Spectacular Beach Front View (310)

Property was nice, well taken care of. Easy access in and out. Highly recommend!

Overall we had a good experience! Good location, great view of the water, and cute decor in the room itself. It could have been a little cleaner. The comforter had quite a bit of other peoples hair on it still and there were quite a bit of bugs (spiders and fruit flies). We would stay here again though! Just some minor inconveniences.

We enjoyed our stay at this beach front condo. The front office handled our delayed luggage from the airport and kept it secure until we were able to pick it up later in the day. Great location and close to the wineries, shopping, great restaurants.

Loved the location on the beach and away from the busy downtown area. The screen and sliding door was in need of repair, probably due to the damp air, but everything else was fabulous.

My fiancé and I enjoyed our stay at this very nice Condo in Traverse City! The balcony overlooks the Bay and the beach is very nice and clean! The Condo was clean, quiet, and very relaxing! Vaulted ceiling gives it a very spacious feel. Close proximity to all activities and 10 minutes or less to enjoy the downtown area

The chairs at the dining table were loose between the seat and back to the point of being dangerous - in fact, I fell off on of them striking the floor. The toilet would start “running” for no apparent reason all day and night. When we lifted the back off to see what could possibly be causing it, the tank was full of black slime making us seriously doubt the sanitation in the rest of the condo. A drape in the open wall near the tub was constantly fallling down and was an eyesore. The bed was VERY high and difficult to get in and out of. The room did not have basic necessities such as a box of tissues or a roll of paper towel. On a positive note, the view was spectacular as advertised with the excepion of the lot adjacent to our room on the right side which was unkept. This property is definitely overpriced as compared to others in the immediate area.

I liked the property as a whole but the spiders were out of control on the balcony . Lol i work in maintenance and groundskeeping at a hotel on a lake and i know they can be a handful but this is my only suggestion is just to keep up with that a little better, other than that it was a great stay and would definitely stay again.

View is great, nice private beach area nice getaway for the wife and I. Had to call to get key code never got any check in information via email. Not a big deal would stay again.

Lovely time, perfect place to be for a wedding weekend

We arrived about 4:30pm since check in was at 4:00pm. The code worked and we entered the room. Cleaning supplies were in the room, but it was not cleaned from the previous stay including trash and linens.I immediately texted the property manager based on the check in information and left assuming that the cleaning person was running behind. About 20 minutes later, a text was received from the contact stating they no longer managed the property and would pass me to the new property manager, whom I immediately reached out to. No response was given until 9:17pm. They admitted to the error and offered to have the space cleaned, but the cleaner lived 30 minutes away and stated it would be more like 10:30pm before it would be cleaned. I decided to cancel. The next day, they refunded their portion of my money. I had to reach out to vrbo for the remainder. In their defense, the property manager tried to make it right, but the lack of a quick response was disappointing. The room looked nice and matched the listing photos.
