Spectacular 3 Bedroom Lakefront Condo

Very nice and roomy condo with big balcony and lake view. Great location near SDC and Branson area. Three night mini vacation for grandparents, kids and grandkids.

We had a great time here. We were all surprised with how spacious it was. The beds were comfortable and the view and outdoor patio were very nice as well.

Great location; great condo

As far as the view from the condo, it couldn't have been any better. But you can certainly tell it has been taken well care of. The furniture was filthy, every door in the house has horrible stains on them.

There are a lot of great things about this property-the location is great, the pool very nice, grounds well maintained. Unit had a great layout, but could use some upgrades. This is a 5th floor unit, there is an elevator but no carts. I did see a few units with big utility wagons parked out front, that would have been handy. The one bed room that says it is a king is a queen bed. I would say the beds need an upgrade. The mattresses are not great, one of the queens in the 2nd bedroom was particularly bad. All of the pillows are terrible and need to be replaced. The bedding also needs an upgrade. All that is provided is a sheet and a very lightweight cover and there are no blankets anywhere to be found in the unit. The towels too are in need of an upgrade. They are thin and rough. The kitchen was stocked fine with dish soap, trash bags, paper towels for our 3 night stay and I think there was laundry soap but we didn't do laundry. The dishes and pans are a bit haphazard and thrift store with nothing matching but overall there are plenty of dishes. Would be nice to add some plastic cups. The patio is very large, there was a grill but we didn't use it. There was a very nice new set of furniture that was great and then on the other end a couch that desperately needs new cushions. he communication was good and very fast to respond. We didn't reach out much, when we did they always responded quickly. The check out instructions are great - just start the dw and lock up.

It was also a great view from the balcony. The condo itself is a bit out dated. There was a Christmas tree, dog bowels and wooden trim being stored in the master closet which was strange. Also the grill would not light and we had to go buy a lighter. There was also a loose railing on the balcony that was a bit concerning. The tv’s could also be larger. compared to other units we have stayed at the kitchen appliances were random and old, knives very dull and skillets all scratched up. We appreciated the additional beds in the bedrooms, great layout. I think a better property management and I’d recommend this unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo at Lakestone Branson is in the perfect location for enjoying the lake while also accessing all the touristy spots in Branson. The property is right on the lake, and there are enough lake floats/paddleboards available for use at almost any time of day. The pool was never too busy during our stay, as well. We loved the view of the lake from our condo, and appreciated the ample number of beds available. We would definitely return here again.

Reviewer Comments: Don't like giving bad reviews but we were somewhat disappointed. The kitchen needs more things in it if you want to do a lot of cooking there. There was two coffee pots and neither one worked correctly, also pots with no lids and lids with no pots. The furnishings need updated. It is a nice location and a lovely view of the lake, also a nice pool.
