Spectacular 3 Bedroom, 2 Masters on the Water, amazing views, free beach chairs

Condo was very nice and clean. Plenty of room for two families vacationing together. Pool was no frills, but kids loved it. It was the perfect temperature. Kiddie pool was very hot, like a hot tub on our first day. Security was great! Elevators were having issues, but we didn’t have to wait too long.

Two families for a total of 9 people stayed and we had plenty of room. Kids enjoyed the bunk beds. Love the location, we enjoy that end of PCB. Elevators weren't too bad.

After spending time at both Disney and Universal we were ready to just relax and rest. Great Condo and great location

Great place for a spring, beach vacation!

Dave was very accommodating and responded to any communications promptly. Due to an unexpected maintenance issue, we had to move to a temporary condo within the same building -- while this could have been a major inconvenience, Dave made this a non-issue. The view is outstanding. The condo itself is very spacious. We definitely would recommend.

The unit was clean, well appointed with plenty of space! The two master suites are a great floor plan. We have stayed at Watercrest previously and love the facility and its less busy location and easy parking. Dave was easy to communicate with. We would stay in this unit again!

Our family loves this condo! We have stayed here numerous times and it feels like home away from home. It is the perfect setup for a family or groups of people coming together. You cannot beat the views from this unit. We enjoy marine-life watching from the balcony. Bring binoculars if you have them. The condo is clean, the litchen is well-stocked, the bedrooms are large, and the beds are comfortable. The building is well maintained. No elevator issues, and every amenity in the building is easy to access for the family. Our kids absolutely love it here too.The beach is not crowded, there's plenty of room to enjoy your vacation. It's one of our favorite parts of coming here, the East End is not partyville, which we prefer. And don't forget to reserve your 2 beach chairs. You can also rent paddle boards, jet skis, and more. Rent a boat at the marina and spend some time at Shell island/ toruing the bay. You may see sea turtles, dolphins, manatee, and others while exploring. We always enjoy being here and can't wait to come back.

The location is great, the condo is cute, and the views are beautiful. The only issue was the bugs. Everything was tidy and smelled clean, so the place wasn't dirty. It's Florida and a large building, so it's absolutely an uphill battle, but there were a number of tiny roaches.

We shared this condo with another family and it was perfect! The kids loved the bunk room and we all loved the views from each of our master suites. It was perfect! Great location too!!

The condo was clean. The view was magnificent! The location was convenient without being overcrowded. Definitely recommend!

We love to stay at Watercrest. We love the views and the location of the property. This particular condo provided plenty of room for the family, and had most of what we needed. We did have to buy toilet paper and paper towels, as we ran out during the stay. Not much is provided (as mentioned in listing). My complaints lie in the extra charges after we booked. We were charged $75 plus tax for a second parking pass, which hasn't happened to us before. We were also charged $50 per night when we added a 7th person to our reservation. I'm not exactly sure what $200 plus tax paid for seeing as though the condo sleeps 10 (it definitely wasn't toilet paper! ) There were lots of rules, such as keeping the shades lowered to avoid US having to pay to have the air conditioner serviced if it froze! We just felt that we were constantly worried that we would be charged for something else! I even took pictures of any damage that was already there, just in case! The towels had a funky smell, which was probably due to the fact that there was mildew in the washer. I don't mind having to strip the bed linens before leaving, but if they are going to ask you to do that, they should probably buy new pillows and mattress protectors, as we discovered upon departure that ours were pretty stained! I will definitely stay at Watercrest again, just not in this condo.

The host was excellent! They were very accommodating and responsive to messages. We had an amazing time and will likely book again. Such an enjoyable experience.

The property was very clean and great location for families. The only issues were minor. Top rack of dishwasher was missing a screw which made it sag. Also the outlet in the smallest master bath needs repair. Also found a very dirty cooking pot in the cabinet. Other than that our stay was perfect. Will definitely want to stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning on a future trip. We found the home to be in wonderful shape, clean, and well-equipped. The views were wonderful and the location is perfect. Tons of activities within 5 minutes, including the state park and jet skis, while traffic was minimal, which made for a great trip!

The view for our stay was gorgeous. We had plenty of room. The 4 grand kids loved the bunk beds! Dave responded quickly to my questions. A perfect condo for our trip.

My daughter and I had a wonderful time. The condo is beautiful, and close to a lot of great restaurants. The beach is spectacular. Having the beach chairs and umbrella included with the rental was very convenient.
