Everything was abailable and it was very cozy. View is awesome.

The place was very comfortable and has a spectacular view.

Loved everything about this property. Kitchen was well-equipped and roomy enough for cooking dinners in. Living room had plenty of comfortable seating and an amazing view out the balcony window. We loved the bathroom setup with two separate sinks and the roomy shower. And the king bed was super comfy. Lincoln City is a great mid-point for exploring up and down the Oregon coast. We’d definitely stay here again.

So cozy to sit by the fire and watch a massive storm hit the bay!

We've stayed in this unit several times. Its been perfect for the two of us. The view is amazing with easy access to the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the kids & adults build sand castles & chasing waves. The locstion is perfect walkable to the larger beach area close to Mos restarant. We definitely will return. The unit is well stocked & comfortable.

Great property! The patio overlooks the bay. Fun watching the beach activity & easy trails to the water. Walkable to restaurants & shops. Elevator on site. Very clean & comfortable. The kitchen is the best stocked I've ever seen. Owner responds quickly. Check in out no issues. TVs in living room & BR with cable. We've booked another stay. The only thing would be nice if there were grab bars in the shower. Walk in is great but seniors could use a grab bar.

This was a beautiful place to get away for the week! The amenities were great and we had everything we needed. We couldn’t figure out how the fireplace worked, but that was OK. I only had a little communication with the owner but when I did communicate, they communicated back quickly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Great location on the Siletz Bay. We loved staying in this condo. It had everything we needed and a wonderful view.

For the view alone this place is the perfect tranquil location for a relaxing beach front getaway. The home is welcoming, clean and perfectly equipped for a wonderful stay. It is a little hot when first entering the unit, however after opening the windows it aired out just fine. Friendly neighbors and hospitable town as usual.

This was such a wonderful spot to escape to with our family. The kids loved the easy beach access, and my hubby and I thoroughly enjoyed the balcony and amazing view. Everything was super comfy and well-maintained; our family fought over the recliner every day! The host was super kind and communicative. Would highly recommend!

I've stayed in Bella Vista several times and is always my first choice at Waters Edge. Furnished well and comfortable! I like the walk-in shower and the power recliner is a nice way to enjoy the view.

3rd year staying here. Love it. Central to Lincoln City and Depoe Bay. Clean, convenient. Several places to eat in the area. Beautiful views. Feels like home. Owner is great if you have any questions. Love watching people crabbing and salmon fishing from the balcony. We will be staying again next year.

It was clean and had everything we needed. The view was spectacular! We were on the third floor and saw lots of wildlife. I would stay again!

Spent a week with my spouse. Walked daily on the beach and in the neighborhood. Our son and daughter in law joined us for the last weekend and we all had a blast! Very comfortable, met our needs!
