The property is conveniently located to the nearby gift shops, restaurants, and to the beach. The owner is also very attentive, and helpful.

The property was so nice and clean. Awesome views and great beach access. Kitchen was stocked for us to make meals. Hot tub was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay. We would come again!!

Great Condo and views! Beds were comfortable and all of the amenities that we needed were provided. Good water pressure in the showers. The included covered parking was a bonus as we never had to fight for a parking spot. Communication about the room was very timely and accurate. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would recommend this property.

Easy access, great communication

Great location and the condo had everything we needed to go to the beach and not have to bring it with us. The condo was a good size for our family and we enjoyed staying there. I have very high standards of cleanliness and the only thing I would suggest would be to deep clean the floor and baseboards. It seems that the floors have just been surface cleaned and need to have a good deep clean done. Other than that the house was clean and ready for us upon arrival!

SPI is almost like home. This condo at Ocean Vista is peaceful, well-managed an on the beach. Very comfortable stay.

We have vacationed on South Padre Island at least 50 times and this has to be the absolute best condo that we have ever stayed in! The owner is not kidding when they state that it is well equipped; it has everything from beach towels, chairs, umbrella and cart, plus anything you need in the condo is there as well. Plus the beds are fabulous ! We highly recommend this condo.

The property was exactly as shown in the pictures. The beach towels, coffee, shampoo & conditioner and hair dryer were such a plus!The owners thought of everything! The biggest perk for us was the high top table and chairs on the balcony which afforded us an unobstructed view of the beach and ocean!!

This property is as good as advertised. Great views of the gulf out the back door. Sunrise every morning. Sunset out the front door. Wonderful deck to relax. We didn't need to bring anything. Towels, bedding, beach equipment /chairs umbrellas are all here. Coffee, spices condiments on and on are included. Plus, it's within easy walking distance of the shop's, restaurants in the bay. Highly recommend.

We rented this condo for four adults. First, the location of this condo is excellent. The views from the patio are gorgeous. The building is well managed and maintained. We used the pool and the hot tub, which were both excellent. The condo has many more amenities than we expected. The kitchen is well equipped, including all plates, utensils, glasses, and appliances. This condo is very close to the elevator so it’s easily accessible to anyone. The beds were quite comfortable. The showers had a little wear on them, but we’re still well within expectation if you’re coming to SPI for vacation this is the condo you want. We will stay here again for sure.

The best condo we have every stayed in. The pictures and description accurately describe the actual property. The building was in good shape, parking was simple, security was on duty, and it is in a terrific location walk back bayside for food and activities. You can walk less than 10 minutes and be at multiple restaurant/bars, grocery store, souvenir shops, and gravity park. As far as the actual condo it was in incredible shape. The upkeep is fantastic as it was clean and very well appointed. The bedding (all three) was incredibly comfortable along with the couches and chairs. The condo has everything you need. We forgot multiple items and each one was supplied at the condo. There is no reason to stop and get anything aside from food for the stay as everything from batteries to coffee was provided along with a variety of beach toys/chairs and a wagon. I honestly could not find an issue or complaint with the condo if I wanted to.

This place is amazing. The host literally thought of everything. Place is great to drive or fly to. It’s steps from the beach and the pictures are very accurate. You can get some great pics of the beach and gulf from the balcony. And the staff and tenants in the building are very friendly.

Our unit had more amenities than any place we have ever stayed, on the island. Perfect location, beautiful view. Beach not overcrowded. Everyone very friendly. We will most likely stay at Ocean Vista next year

We had a great week! Love that the kitchen is labeled and full of useful items because we cook most of our meals. Watched the fireworks, walked to shops, felt the Space-X launch (!) and strolled/sat/read/napped on the beach every day. We hope to be back next year!

Great unit, very well-supplied & organized (eg: cabinets labeled with where things are!). Very comfortable & great beachfront balcony!
