Stayed Mar 29, 2026This place delivered on our expectations. Most importantly, the location was excellent. We also really enjoyed the real fireplace and the gas grill. We would definitely return.

Stayed Sep 26, 2025Pros: Spacious, clean, good location.Cons: The reno - bathroom has not been renovated, only vanity replaced. Kitchen - partialy renovated. Dishwasher has not been replaced and is probably 50 years old - doesn't wash the dishes at all. Over all okay if you don't plan to cook or like to wash dishes by hand.

Stayed Jul 26, 2025First of all I have to say that the staff I have dealt with as I planned my trip, were exceptional! And that continued throughout my stay. If I needed anything they were there. I truly enjoyed my condo. It had everything I needed. I spent a couple of afternoons in the hot tub. The temperature was perfect. The pool was very nice too. Obviously there are fancier places to stay but why spend all that money when you can stay here and have the service I have had. If I do come back to Aspen, I will probably stay here again. Thanks everyone for the wonderful visit to Aspen and Snowmass Village! Dianne

Stayed Mar 2, 2025The unit is reasonably close to the gondola and main lift, but a little walk. The parking lot was always icy and treacherous. The unit itself is dated, and could use an update. The bathroom heater smelled of burning, and we didn't use it. One of the two humidifiers didn't work.Don't bother asking for a late checkout, or to leave the car in the lot for your last day of skiing. They are not accommodating.All in all, we've stayed in better at Snowmass.

Stayed Jan 16, 2025I booked late so didn’t have a lot of options but quickly realized why this place was one of them. Hasn’t been updated since maybe 1989? Or 1979. But not in a cool way. The bedsheets were pure polyester and sparked as you got into bed. It’s an interesting experience to be sweating and cold at the same time. The kitchen counter was the height of my knees, complete with cigarette burn. Wood fire was nice. Sofa was extremely uncomfortable. But you can walk to the village and lifts of Snowmass quite easily. Wouldn’t recommend if you can afford something better.

Stayed Aug 30, 2024We had an amazing stay at this condo in Snowmass! The location was absolutely perfect – just steps away from the slopes and close to restaurants and shops, which made everything super convenient for our family. The pool was a huge hit with the kids, and it was great to have a relaxing spot after a day of hiking. The condo itself was well-equipped, clean, and cozy, making it ideal for our young family. It had everything we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable beds. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Aug 14, 2024My husband and I visited Aspen and Snowmass area and found this gem on VRBO. It was a perfect location to all of the activities we had planned (hiking, fishing, shopping, eating!) The pool and hot tub were within quick walking distance and were spotless each day. The clean laundry area was empty and ready for us to use. The overall appearance was dated but we loved the unit and found it very comfortable. The communication we had (texting) with itrip was outstanding and very helpful.
