**Starting August 1, 2026, there's active construction on the ski slope outside this complex tied to the Lift 1A hotel and redevelopment project. Expect active daytime construction noise and changes to the usual views while the work is underway. Rates have been adjusted to account for the impacts of this activity**

All iTrip Aspen Snowmass properties have WIFI and all rentals are stocked with professionally laundered linens and towels and a starter supply of the following: coffee, tea, paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, trash bags, sponge, dish detergent and soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand soaps. Humidifiers and hair dryers are in each bedroom and bathroom. If your home has a wood burning fireplace we provide a starter supply of wood. Additional stock of these items are available for purchase at the local grocery stores.
