Small Gated Community with 6 buildings/60 units/2 Story. Unit is freshly painted and cleaned. Beautiful New Floors!
Living room has new sofa & 2 new recliners, 40' TV and entertainment center. Cable and Wifi is provided. Dining area seats 6-8 with counter bar to open kitchen. Kitchen is complete with all appliances, toaster, coffee maker and all kitchenware necessary for everyday living. Also includes a large pantry, a full size washer and dryer in closet and a walk-out to screened in lanai. The master bedroom is in the back of the unit and also walks out to the lanai. It has a full bathroom with double sinks and walk-in shower. Also has a huge walk-in closet. There is a TV with cable and wireless internet hookups and ceiling fan. All bedrooms and bathrooms are stocked with plenty of sheets, blankets, pillows and towels. The living room is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa. This includes beach chairs, umbrella, noodles for the pool, beach toys, etc. The front bedroom has 2 twin beds and, dresser, large closet and ceiling fan. There is information in the unit about area restaurants, golf courses and amenities. There is a pool in the complex with hot tub, chairs and restrooms. Also there are grills available and umbrella tables for your enjoyment right outside the pool area. Everything you need to enjoy home away from home!

We are located west of 41 and only a few minutes to several pristine beaches including Wiggins Pass, Vanderbilt, Barefoot, and Bonita Beach. So much to do, so little time! Bike rentals, golf, museums, shopping and great restaurants nearby in Naples and Bonita Springs. Our condo is located in Bermuda Pointe - a beautifully maintained, gated community.
