The condo was in a great location, very clean and spacious. The owners were very friendly and easy to deal with, especially since we do not speak any Spanish. The parking garage was definately a plus at a reasonable price. price.

There are three bedrooms and two baths (neither ensuite), one with twin beds. (There is also a pull-out bed in the living room.) The bathrooms were extremely nice with great showers. Even though the apartment is on a main street, it is very quiet, and there are blackout shades. Parking is available through the owners for about 15 euros/day. The check-in process was very easy, and the owners were available through WhatsApp during our stay (although we had no problems and didn't need to get in touch with them). About a 15-minute walk to the Old Town and restaurants. Overall, very highly recommended if you are in Logroño.

A lovely first floor apartment located within a 10 minute walk of the old town with all its restaurants and tapas bars, though the local neighbourhood also offers some of these options, including a supermarket. The owners (Mar, Javier and their son Alfonso) did everything possible for us to enjoy our stay. Car parking was arranged at local secure underground car park, as was storage for our two electric bikes. The kitchen is well equipped with microwave, hob, washing machine and dishwasher (no standard oven) and there is space aplenty in the lounge-diner. As an added bonus the apartment was cleaned once a week by Tina, which was especially useful as we stayed a month. Highly recommended to one and all whether on a holiday or business trip.

The property was very nice, clean and roomy. Especially for for two couples. Enjoyed our visit to Logrono. But a word of warning if you don’t speak Spanish is very difficult for check in. We had no information as to how to check in or where to put our car after repeated requests for information

The apartment was just as posted. It was clean, tidy and very good size. The owner’s son who can speak English was very helpful. Everything we needed was provided in the apartment. Excellent place for holiday, would definitely recommend to friends and will stay there again in the future.

A very modern apartment within short walking distance to the city center.

The apartment was located close to many wineries. Lots of excellent restaurants within a short walking distance. We would definitely stay there again and recommend the apartment.

Perfect apartment for a stay in Logrono. Newly refurbished and tastefully decorated. Mar and her family were really helpful and we had a great time exploring the area. Highly recommended.

This was the most stunning and accommodating property we have ever visited. This place works perfectly with our without kids! We loved it so much!

Mar is a great hostess. Very helpful and checked on us part way thru our stay. The apartment has a great location, 1 min from a grocery store 15 minutes n from lovely downtown Logrono. It is loaded with charm and many many amenities including a well equipped kitchen, lovely touches throughout the apartment, and just about everything you might need for a stay. It is also spacious, light, and airy. A perfect location for your visit to Logrono and the sorounding areas. PS a wine bodega is about a 15 min walk?
