The only thing I’ll say is. The humidifier was a pain. I’d wake up to water on floor. In addition, the “comp chairs”, well, even if you wake up at 6am. And get told to choose the end chairs because of prior reservations, get settled, to have to get up and move due to being “overbooked”. So it was frustrating.

Property was well maintained and convenient. Great views and beach access.

We had a wonderful time and my elderly grandmother really liked the view and closeness to the elevator.

This was our first trip to Navarre Beach and we had the very best time! The beaches are gorgeous with lots of wildlife and family friendly areas. The property was lovely and well kept, we will be going back!

The Pearl was everything the description said it was. Clean, well maintained, conveniently located, nice decor. We couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay.

This property is amazing. The owner is very responsive. Clear view to the beach. Has all of your needs. 10 minutes from the local Walmart. We have been there several times and plan on continuing our tradition annually.

The view was incredible from our room and i felt like the room was as accurate as the pictures. The condo felt like home almost. Our host was very nice and checked in on us promptly. I would definitely stay here again with the same person. This vacation was great!

Great location - exactly as pictured!! This was an ideal spot for us to stay with little ones as we could come and go to the beach as needed. The kitchen was very well equipped - had all the utensils and supplies we needed! The ONLY slight negative was the pillows - they are similar to hospital pillows - very flat and uncomfortable. But once we went out and bought some we were good to go. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was perfect. Unbelievable views!! The condo is spacious, very clean and has everything you could need. The beds are comfortable and we never heard neighbors. Beach and pool access is so convenient. No complaints at all

Beautiful location and fantastic views. One of the elevators wasn’t working which made getting up and down to the beach take a little longer but not a huge deal - just something to be aware of if you’re staying soon!

Great location and clean apartment!

Owner was very communicative and considerate of us given a pool closure. Unit is well stocked, nicely organized, clean and roomy. Bed is comfortable! The views are stunning! Loved watching the New Year’s Eve fireworks from the balcony as well as the occasional dolphins. The Pearl is a quiet building with pleasant and friendly residents.

Condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Rental and check-in/check-out process was smooth. No problems. Would stay again! The only note would be that the water pressure in the master shower was not great, and the inability to have the AC temp below 72 would be something to note if you like it colder.

Great communication with our host. We had everything we needed for a great vacation. I highly recommend The Pearl and hope to return soon.

Wonderful place to stay. My wife and I prefer warmer bulb color in lamps, but not a problem. The tissues in the tissue box in the master bathroom smelled like smoke, but it wasn't a problem, and it's easy to fix.

Our condo was very comfortable and pleasant. We enjoyed the waterfront room. The rooms were clean, well furnished and located in a perfect place for a family vacation. Thanks for a great week.

This is a beautiful condo; well-furnished, very clean and comfortable. The view from the 14th floor of the crystal clear gulf with white sand beaches was spectacular. Our host Pete was responsive and helpful and sent clear, concise instructions about the unit. The pool and hot tub are clean, accessible, and offer nice sitting/get-together seating. Plus, the unit rental includes two beach chairs with umbrella--definitely nice. I highly recommend this rental.

Will definitely stay again. Awesome ocean views from the very large balcony, extremely spacious condo with more room that we expected. Extra quilts and sheets, this seems to alway lack in other places we stayed. Check in/out was efficient and effortless. Quick access and easy access to beach even for those that have issues walking long distances or lots of stairs. They have a very nice ramp to walk up and down. The atmosphere at the beach was very relaxed and calming, hard to put into words but just different from other beaches we have been to in the area. Large and secure parking area and they have many carts on hand to help with getting all your gear to and from your vehicles.

The property was well maintained and close proximity to several restaurants! Pete was super easy to work with and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The only recommendation I’d make are new pillows for all beds and better cutting knives.

We stay in Navarre every year with our young kids and love the area. This was one of our favorite stays. The condo was perfectly seated for the 4th of July fireworks off the pier! The included chairs/umbrella was an added bonus, we usually have to rent throughout our stay. Pete was available if we needed anything and the communication was appreciated. We will be back!

This unit was terrific! The host, Pete, is very hands on to be sure everything is as advertised. We loved the accommodations and the beach in this area. We will be back!

This was our first time staying at The Pearl and we loved it! Very nice condominium. The view from the balcony is amazing. We saw several marine life! Yes even some sharks! The hosts were very easy to communicate with. Answered any questions we had and informed us on anything we needed to know for the upcoming holiday weekend. The condo is just has pictured and described. The only recommendation I would have is that there needs to be a curtain put up in the spare bedroom. The light from outside hallway is very bright and it made it hard to sleep. The master area is very spacious! Overall it was another great trip to Navarre!!

Condo was clean and beautifully decorated. Kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool and just relaxing on our “beach days.”- The weather during our trip was perfect- Can’t wait until our next trip to Navarre. Awesome 2 bedroom place with a really spectacular 14th floor view of ocean. We ate breakfast on the porch overlooking the lovely beach every day! Kitchen is well provisioned and the entire place is quite comfortable for beach getaway!

We stayed March 30 - April 4, 2025. The condo is beautiful and exactly as described, building and grounds (pool, hot tub, beach area) also well taken care of. Beds are comfortable! The view is incredible (we frequently saw dolphins) and the beach was never crowded. The included beach chairs were nice to have and we also used the extra chairs in the unit. We ate at Andy Ds, Water Pig and Shaggys (latter two in Pensacola) - all good. We also visited the Sea Turtle Conservation Center just down the road. We would stay here again no question!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect and waking up to the beautiful sun rising over the white sandy beach with my morning coffee was incredible. The beach chairs/umbrella provided were a wonderful bonus. The condo was just what our family needed with the 2 bedrooms/bathrooms, dining table and all the kitchen amenities. The Pearl was quiet and quaint and happy friendly people all around. Close to the hustle and bustle when you wanted it, otherwise peaceful and slower paced for what we wanted this vacation.

The condo was very nice, beds were very comfortable, very clean and had ample supplies such as dish soap, dishwasher soap and laundry detergent. The location is awesome as it is a quiet area but yet it near restaurants and other amenities. Would definitely stay there again.
