Special! June 6-13 at this newly renovated 30A Beach-Front Condo, Seagrove, FL

We had the best stay! I can admit I’m very picky about cleanliness, and this place was immaculately kept. We had great communication from both the owner and property management. The view is unbeatable and you can be on the beach in less than a minute. Our kids enjoyed not only playing in the gulf, but also in Eastern Lake right there. There are several good food locations nearby, and we enjoyed dinner on our balcony nearly every night. It was nice being conveniently located, but not quite in the more congested areas nearby. Truly a magical spot!

Beautiful place. Right on the beach. Clean and well accessorized. If you’re traveling from far, you’ll need everything, salt, pepper, oil. Etc. that was fine for us but plan ahead. Also there’s a floor above, lots of noise but not anything that interfered with sleep or early awakening. Just kids running around. Pots and pans were beautiful and sturdy. Definitely recommend for a party of 2 adults and maybe, maybe 2 small kids. Space is limited. Grateful for the experience!

Steps to the beach and beautiful condo with all the necessities covered and well stocked. Walking distance to restaurants and bike paths close by.

Wonderful stay. Easy check in and Julie was great with communication prior to arrival. Property was as described and very clean. The Jack and Jill bathrooms were great. Both could get ready at the same time. Everything you need to cook any meal in the kitchen. Balcony was amazing in the morning and for sun set;

We chose to visit during off-season, and it didn’t disappoint. We didn’t have to deal with crowds, and had the beach completely to ourselves. The property was wonderful, with beautiful views of the ocean. We also enjoyed full views of the sunset, sunrise plus dolphins in the morning. There’s no better way to enjoy your morning coffee than watching the sunrise on the balcony. The interior was very well-done, and felt very airy and clean. The kitchen was completely stocked with everything we needed for meals. The bunk beds were a hit with our kids. All beds were comfortable, as well as, pillows and linens. We loved being able to walk mere feet to the beach especially having a little one. The convenience was amazing, and added to the ease of our trip. The owner, Miss Julie, was very sweet, helpful, and detail oriented. She emailed me a very thorough list of tips, which we used (and enjoyed all recommendations). We enjoyed getting to know her. She was very hospitable and took pride in her property and us having a great vacation. We’d definitely go back to this location again, and would recommend this property to anyone looking to book.

This is our second time to stay here! Beautiful view and a cozy and comfortable place! We love it here! We will definitely return!

Great condo on the best part of 30A. Excellent communication from the property managers and owner. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well appointed, beds were comfy - zero complaints. This was our second year in a row staying at Eastern Shores - it's always going to be our first choice!

Our condo was perfect for us ...a quick 2 minute walk to the waterline! View was perfect...condo was very clean and comfortable . The kitchen had everything we needed. I would definitely rent again!
