Both could get ready at the same time. Everything you need to cook any meal in the kitchen. Balcony was amazing in the morning and for sun set;

Stayed Dec 15, 2024We chose to visit during off-season, and it didn’t disappoint. We didn’t have to deal with crowds, and had the beach completely to ourselves. The property was wonderful, with beautiful views of the ocean. We also enjoyed full views of the sunset, sunrise plus dolphins in the morning. There’s no better way to enjoy your morning coffee than watching the sunrise on the balcony. The interior was very well-done, and felt very airy and clean. The kitchen was completely stocked with everything we needed for meals. The bunk beds were a hit with our kids. All beds were comfortable, as well as, pillows and linens. We loved being able to walk mere feet to the beach especially having a little one. The convenience was amazing, and added to the ease of our trip. The owner, Miss Julie, was very sweet, helpful, and detail oriented. She emailed me a very thorough list of tips, which we used (and enjoyed all recommendations). We enjoyed getting to know her. She was very hospitable and took pride in her property and us having a great vacation. We’d definitely go back to this location again, and would recommend this property to anyone looking to book.

Stayed Jun 1, 2024Great condo on the best part of 30A. Excellent communication from the property managers and owner. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well appointed, beds were comfy - zero complaints. This was our second year in a row staying at Eastern Shores - it's always going to be our first choice!

Stayed Aug 5, 2023The condo was not very clean. Hair literally everywhere and had roaches. The property management company sent an exterminator that helped, but not want you want to deal with on vacation.
