Stayed Aug 21, 2025This is the perfect location! It is steps to the beach and an easy walk to town center. The view of the beach and the boats going by was lovely. Everything we needed was provided; from beach towels to kitchen equipment, it was all clean, accessible and in good shape. The 2 bedroom, 2 bath layout with a spacious living room and dining area was perfect for our family of 4. Host Marisha was very helpful and communicative. We highly recommend this condo!

Stayed Jul 15, 2024Perfect spot for our family to visit for a Wedding on the island. Located across the street from beach, easy walk to downtown restaurants and shops, and ferry. All the necessities were included in the condo and Marisha was very responsive to any questions we had.

Stayed Jun 19, 2024Home was very comfortable and well stocked. Convenient for walking to shops, restaurants and beach. Even walkable from ferry if you had no vehicle. Right across the street from the beach. The unit was ground floor with small deck on road side. Unfortunately it is a busy street and there is road noise. But walk across the street and sit on the beach in 2 minutes and enjoy the view and breezes. Owner was very helpful with local information.

Stayed Jun 14, 2023This is the perfect spot for a Martha’s Vineyard vacation! The location is absolutely amazing - just steps from Inkwell Beach and very short walk to the harbor and all the great shops and restaurants of Oak Bluffs. Towels and beach chairs are provided which makes a trip to the beach even better. The layout is great with plenty of room for our family of four. The main bedroom has an oceanfront view and the second bedroom has a beautiful view of the park and the ocean. We spent mornings and evenings relaxing on the small patio and enjoying the view. Marisha is a fabulous and extremely responsive host - very friendly and accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Would absolutely recommend staying here!
