The condo has Free WiFi (high-speed wireless internet (200 Mbps) and cable TV. Rental of the condo includes the use of beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, and a cooler.

Six people can be comfortably accommodated for sleeping and dining. Screened in porch is nicely furnished and a great place to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon cocktails.

The swimming pool is steps away and features poolside furniture, a restroom, showers, and an outdoor kitchen complete with a grill, sink, and ice maker.

The condo is situated steps away from the marina on the intercoastal waterway with dockside dining and a tiki bar/restaurant. The marina also features boat launching and daily and overnight docking and a local Artisan gift shop.
