Spacious, updated townhouse with deck & sauna

It was a very quiet neighborhood. Next to the main highway. In the heart of downtown Mammoth. The property was very clean and spacious. Plenty of amenities. Only downside was no central a/c but they do provide fans for each bedroom. Highly recommend for a family getaway!!

Horrible experience villa wasn’t ready when I checked in looked like everyone rolled out of bed toothpaste all over the sink dirty kitchen on top of that there’s mice seen 2 of them

We booked a father/son trip and, based on the location to the village and gondola we chose mammoth view villa 30. The location is great as it is a five minute walk to the village and the gondola which whisks you to canyon lodge. Plenty of food options within walking distance. We were luck since we were there monday through thursday and there were virtually no crowds. The condo is easy to get to, parking in front was adequate and the complex was quiet. The 2 bedrooms are located down a flight of stairs and there is a bed in the loft. The 2 downstairs bedrooms share a bathroom and there is another on the top floor. A little inconvenient as there is no bathroom on the main floor. The beds were very firm (the way we like it!) and the master has a walk-out balcony. I did find a folding chair, otherwise, there is no furniture on the main floor and bedroom balconies. The kitchen is large enough for one person to cook and possibly another to help/clean. It is well stocked with plates, bowls, cups, glasses and utensils including a nice selection of knives. One downside for us - the dishwasher was labeled out of service which may have been due to the selection knob missing.

Inattentive host, the sauna and the ping pong table were closed. Did not feel that clean either.

Wonderful location, well priced, great views.

We loved this place because it was close to the Village and to the Mammoth festival of Beers and Bluesapalooza. Parking was not an issue. We had 3 couples and 2 singles and we all fit nicely, however, that required one unfortunate couple using the pull-out sofa in the living room.

Nice stay at this property for a Spring ski trip. Good communication from the owner. My teenagers were comfortable in their room.Beds were comfortable and the place was well equipped with everything you would need in the kitchen. Condo was clean and ready for our arrival.Plenty of parking. I would stay here again. Great Spring skiing.

Icy entry way. Deck not shoveled so not usable. Not enough towels for our group of seven. Only four towels provided. Microwave didn't work. Called for assistance everyday we were there and received NO SUPPORT!Asked to speak with a GM when someone finally did call me on our third and last day, and was told that the GM does not speak to customers. VRBO should reconsider handing their customers off to VACASA...If you go here, BEWARE, YOU'RE ON YOUR OWN and don't expect any straight answers or satisfaction. NO I AM NOT A ROBOT!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. We appreciated the king, queen and double size beds in all the bedrooms for our group of couples.
