Spacious Updated 2-BR Ski-in, Ski-out Jay Peak Village Condo, right on the trail

The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped throughout. Location was great for easy ski-on access too. The upstairs unit had some loud occupants, not sure if it was the neighbors or same owner unit, but it sounded like they were stomping or jumping off furniture throughout our stay unfortunately. Probably nothing you can do about noisy upstairs neighbors but perhaps consider renting upstairs instead if you're a light sleeper like I am. Directions were comprehensive and communication from owners was timely and complete. Thank you for maintaining such a lovely place to stay!

My friends and I went there to get together which was the best and long weekend because it’s right by the slope you can shred from there. It was amazing and cozy! Just wished that we could own a spa next to the condo would be nice! We definitely will come back next time as traditional :)

Great location and Deb was quick to respond to any questions I had. Super clean and very spacious. Our kids saw a frog in the back lawn and enjoyed seeing the other nature around the resort. Highly recommended.

Great location, true ski on & off right to the door. Owner has two units, we have stayed on the top one several times. Stayed on the lower one this time and lots of foot traffic & noise with little children in the morning. Wouldn’t stay on the lower one again. Good value and communication.

Location is perfect and the overall condition of the condo is great. This is our second year staying here.

My family and I just spent 2 weeks in this fabulous condo and I cannot express enough how fantastic our vacation was! Having the luxury of ski-in/ski-out has spoiled us for all future ski trips! This location was very central to both the Stateside and Tramside bases and very easy to get to all of the lifts! Deb was incredibly accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had. For those looking to experience Jay Peak to the fullest, this is absolutely the place to get!

So much fun. It was a relaxing trip. I appreciate that they have all the things a kitchen would have. We realized too late about the games in the cabinet, but next time we’ll be sure to play them. Looking forward to making this an annual family trip!

Comfortable beds, nice towels, very clean, and minimalist decor. Well situated for skiers and leaf peepers.

Great property. I booked the property for a weekend of live music and mountain biking. The unit was perfect for my needs. It has a great location and is very comfortable. It had plenty of room for my friend and I I would definitely stay here again and I would like to book it for my family of four for ski season! I absolutely recommend this property.

We had a great time. It's in a beautiful area, with lots to do near by.Deb is great, and described everything perfectly.

Accommodations, location are a perfect fit for us. We have stayed in the past and hope to book again for July. It makes being away from home easy. We get to see and entertain family in the area. Works for us!

Always a great time at Jay! We stayed in the condo over winter break with our 2 kids who LOVED the bunk-beds. The kitchen has good quality equipment, everything we needed to make full meals. Couldn't ask for a more perfect place to stay!

We have stayed with Deb and John for two years in a row and can’t wait to come back! The location cannot be any better, and you can literally ski up to the door. The owners are very responsive. Perfect for a small family group. A true gem!

We had a wonderful 4 day stay at Deb’s little piece of paradise on Jay Peak. This condo has everything you could possibly want especially easy access to the Grammie Jay trail on Jay Peak. This is a bottom unit so you get to enjoy watching the snow build up outside of the cozy bedroom windows. Highly accommodating host who truly cares about her guests experience. Don’t look any further, rent this condo for an amazing memorable vacation!!!

Condo was perfect for family ski trip. Easy ski on and off the mountain. Directions were clear for ski closer to store skis and boards. Shovels came in handy as we had tons of snow to clear the car out. Fireplace and boot warmer were a plus after a cold day. Would definitely recommend the place.

Enjoyed our stay, relaxed, had time with family and friends in a beautiful setting. Great walk and even got in a round of golf. Blessed with beautiful weather and the beginning of foliage.
