Spacious Townhome in the Trees Rocky Ridge Unit #75

Immaculate grounds and great townhome. Property manager was very accommodating as well. We look forward to staying there again.

Great property with two pools and an awesome hiiing trail very close walking distance. Very comfortable cabin with everything you need for a relaxing week. Thanks for letting us stay!

7 of us, 5 adults and 2 kids enjoyed this vacation rental. The sleeping accommodations were a bit tight for everyone, but there were plenty of bathrooms and living space. The 4th bedroom isn’t really a bedroom and the pullout couch didn’t really meet our needs, but we made it work. We had a great time. The kitchen was well stocked and very usable and we did several meals at home. There was a large living room, a dining area, a den with a second dining area a nice patio, plenty of seating inside and out. There were games and puzzles which were enjoyed. The private beach was nice, but was more of a dock than a beach. There were nice chairs, shade to sit in and we were able to launch our paddle board and swim off the end of the dock. However, there was no sand or water entry from shore. The furniture in the rental was dated but functional. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, would definitely return. Hoping having this info helps other families.

Very spacious place with nice amenities - pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts. Good location near Tahoe City.

The property was spacious and in a lovely wooded setting close to Tahoe city. The grounds and amenities were really nicely maintained and a big plus to have. The property management company was very responsive. Would definitely go again!

Reviewer Comments: We arrived and didn’t expect what we found in our suburban during unloading our vehicle.Very scary and wish we were warned about the bears. Couldn’t sleep at all that night was having very bad anxiety in the pit of my stomach and was worried for my family. We stayed in Tahoe before many times, but didn’t experience this, just wished we were warned. After that it was a very relaxing place different environment and quiet. The home was cleaned and everything needed was there. Just beware of the bears.

The place is beautiful! Very well stocked and comfortable. A better map to the condo would have been helpful as we arrived at night and Google Maps wasn't very good. It was nice and warm when we got there which was nice! The downstairs extra bathroom hot water didn't work, so we all used one bathroom, wasn't really a problem. Would stay there again without hesitation!

Beautiful property! We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the beach area as well.
