Spacious Snowbird Friendly

We really enjoyed our time here! Condo was clean, comfortable, and the property amenities were nice. The pool area was great, with plenty of spots in the shade for me! The beds were a bit too soft for my personal liking, but plenty of linens and towels provided. There were also several pedestal fans available, which I really appreciated! It's an end unit, and noise was not an issue at all for us!If I could offer a few property amenities that would make this even better, perhaps a wagon to help get items to the beach (a large wheeled cooler, a few chairs, umbrella, and some water toys ARE included!) and a second spatula for those of us who like to make breakfast :) I know that's very specific, but a thought I had a couple times! The condo is light and beachy and comfortable, the A/C works well, and is directly across the street from public beach access! We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely book again!

We both booked here for our mini honeymoon and completely loved it. From start to finish the place with everything we could’ve hoped to be in More exactly as pictured very clean spacious lots of windows and natural light. We spent a large majority of our time on the property by the pool and grilling and the place came stocked up with everything we needed for not only the grill but the pool and beach as well. The beach is less than a five minute walk from the front door and if you’re looking for some nice scenery, the town Square nature walk is fantastic. You’ll probably see some manatees like we did.

Great location and lovely property. Check in was easy. Beds and furniture very comfortable. Pans are nice.

We had everything we needed for a wonderful week. There were plenty of towels, kitchen wares, beach towels and chairs.The condo was quiet and comfortable.

Yes the condo was clean, comfortable & quiet very well equipped. There were 3 of us and we enjoyed our 8 days in beautiful Indian Shores!

Property did look like the photo. Nice fixtures, spacious and bright from windows. Didn’t care for the beds as they were not very comfortable and mattress was thin. Curtains would have been helpful in bedrooms as they were very bright at night and in the morning. Toilet was not cleaned prior to visit. Photo added.

This stay was amazing. The host was very responsive and allowed us to get an early check-in. The unit was clean and had all the necessary items to make our stay great. Would love to stay here again!

This is an amazing condominium, located just besides the beach, there are restaurants, market and bars. We didn't use the pool because beach is pretty close. Aparment has everything you need for cooking and be comfortable, plenty towels, cookware and also Tvs. Definitely i'll come back. 100% recommended

A wonderful location,very close to the beach with a spacious layout and clean well kept interior. Nice view of the channel from the pier and a pool as well. Also includes all the toys one needs for a day at the beach! Overall great property!

We loved the place! The heated pool was an added bonus! Beach was right across the street! I would recommend adding some sand or lounge chairs for the beach! The house was perfect for a beach getaway!
