Spacious Penthouse with Ocean View, two Patios and Office with Ocean View.

I would definitely recommend this property to any going to Rio de Janeiro the location is a two-minute walk to the best beaches in Rio and the apartment was very nice. The host was very nice easy to contact and helped us for everything we need during our stay i will be coming back to the property 100 percent and i give it a 5-star rating from top to bottom

Lots of room in this apartment! Three bedrooms, three baths, two patios, large common area. Several US electrical outlets - we didn't need our converters at all. Owner provides a few days worth of coffee, soap, and other needs. Grocery store is right around the corner. Walking distance to beach, shops, metro. Never felt unsafe. People are very friendly and happy to help. We had a wonderful time!

Very professional in communicating with me Beautiful apartment with very good energy. The different doormen were very kind and helpful. Lovely view of Copacabana beach and in a great central area. Highly recommend and we would definitely return !!

Property was better than I anticipated! Great location, very clean, close to everything we needed. Also, Lamartine was a WONDERFUL host to us, very attentive and very easy to get ahold of and Extremely helpful from beginning to the very end of our stay. I honestly don’t know where to start! I guess I will the host Yates. His communication skills were phenomenal. He was provided me information about Rio before I stepped foot on a plane. Also, Lamartine was excellent, he showed us the apartment and all the amenities. He also was responsible for getting us to our location. He is awesome. Now to the location! It’s one block away from the beach!!! It’s also located near plenty of food options and bars. This is an excellent place to stay and appreciate Yates and his team for allowing my friends and I to stay.

Check in was super easy. The apartment is very beautiful with local art. The building is near the beach, restaurants, and shops. I highly recommend and will stay here again.

Couldn't have asked for better hosts. Yates and Lamartine were very communicative, helpful, and super nice. The location was also excellent. We were able to easily walk to the supermarket, beach, and numerous restaurants. I think we tried to eat at every restaurant on that square block. The kids ate McDonald's and we had everything else. The food was so good. The building was also great and we felt very secure in the area. The security guards were present 24/7 and were very friendly and helpful as we came and went. The only con is that we had a hard time getting hot water in 2 of the 3 bathrooms and the floors didn't look dirty visually (very light in color) but the bottoms of my kids' feet said otherwise. We never complained it about so there could have been an easy fix for all of that but we didn't bother to ask about it because it was not a deal breaker for us. We had a great time and would stay again! Thank you.
