Very spacious and very nice place

Very nice spacious condo . Only thing the kitchen pots and pans needs to upgrade and organize a little bit .

Large condo with plenty of space for everyone. Needs some updating and a little TLC - a lot of the light switches didn’t work, and/or light bulbs out, kitchen pots/pans need to be updated. Bring your own oven mitts and dish towels - they provide 2 small ones of each but they don’t get the job done. I expected that a 5 bedroom would have a few more perks (still only 2 parking spaces, the dining table only seats 8, the outdoor furniture was sparse and uncomfortable). The beds were comfy but the kids room trundles are falling apart. Would definitely stay here again because it’s huge and sleeps a lot. But like I said, needs some TLC from a person and not a property management company.

Everything was smooth from the time of booking, everything was perfectly clean and ready to go.

The condo was beautiful - pictures were very accurate. We had enough room to gather together as a family, and enough room to have privacy as well. Our entire family enjoyed the condo's amenities, and the beach was beautiful!

Rental company was very easy to work with.

Celebrating life together. Our family had a heart breaking 2024. We just wanted to hang out together and play games, laugh, and reminisce. Our condo was perfect. Spacious, clean, nice furnishings, comfortable beds.

Great condo in a great location. My only complaint is that the hot tub did not work, and with 6 kid’s staying in late December, that was one of the main reasons for booking the room. I contacted the front desk for repairs and after two days of trying to get it operational it finally started to heat up. On the third day the employee tested the water and told us that he would have to shut down the hot tub. The following morning an employee showed up and started draining it. After refilling it that evening the water was too cold for use. Long story short, we stayed 4 nights in December and wasn’t able to use the hot tub!!!

We stayed here with the entire family, kids, grandkids and our even a great grandchild and absolutely enjoyed everything. The amenities were fantastic, the balcony from the 29th floor offered spectacular views and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the lazy river when the jelly fish kept them from the ocean. Thank you for the perfect family vacation!

We love Turquoise Place. However, we tried a different unit this time and there were issues. These are the things that stood out to me and would definitely make the stay better if corrected. Some of the dining room chairs as well as the sofa had stains on them. There was a stain/spot on the MBR bedspread. One of the bar chairs was missing a bolt. The shower faucet was not very user-friendly. The jacuzzi tub in one of the MBR came on by itself and was hard to turn it off. There was not Keurig for coffee. The sheets were too small and kept coming off the corners during the night. There was no cleaner provided to keep the countertops wiped down in the kitchen. There were no luggage stands in any of the bedrooms therefore our suitcases had to be on the floor. There were no loungers on the balcony, only chairs. For the money that was spent on renting this unit, I feel like some of these things listed shouldn't have been the way the were.

Housekeeping was still cleaning condo after 4pm despite front desk letting us check in. We had to wait outside for them to finish. Otherwise great place and stay!

Beautiful location but ice machine and grill did not work. We notified the management company but they did not come to fix it like they said they would. There was also broken furniture. Beautiful place but for the rate I would’ve expected all the amenities to work or at least come fix them like they said they would.

We stayed for the week with our 5 kids. We had an issue with the cleanliness of the floors at the beginning of the stay. However, it was promptly addressed and remedied. It's a beautiful condo, but does seem to need a bit of maintenance and upkeep for a few broken items. Nothing major at all, we had a great time, overall, and really enjoyed our stay.
