Spacious Oceanfront Studio Condo A3 at Sand Dollar Condominiums

Loved everything about the room except it could use a bit of renovation. The bed was one of the worst I ever slept in and dreaded going to bed every night. The back patio worked great for storing scuba equipment. The room location being close to the dive shop was excellent. Fix the bed and it would have been great.

Amazing location & lovely spot with all the things you could need. Great access to snorkeling & dive sites, so close to so many great reataurants. Highly recommend.

A3 at Sand Dollar is a spacious comfortable studio with a well stocked kitchen with everything you need. Screened in porch with beautiful evening sunsets. Bari reef right out your door. Definitely will go back to A3. Great Condo!

Fantastic condo in a perfect location - a scuba diver’s paradise!

This is was our second time renting this unit. It's perfect size for a couple. We love the location in the gated community. Super short walk to the private beach and the dive shop. The condo has a nice large TV and full kitchen when you just want to chill in the condo. There is a handful of restaurants and an ice cream shop with in walking distance which is great.

Great stay, great property, great location!

We have stayed at this property twice before. It felt like home. The location is excellent - close to the dive shop. Fits our needs perfectly.

Our second stay at this condo and we will definitely return. We love it. The location is absolutely perfect. It’s a quiet part of the island (not that the island isn’t mostly quiet anyway) and right in front of a reef. The dive shop is right next door that you can walk to and there’s also a restaurant next door which is very good. If you stay at this condo, you have access to the pier. This makes diving Bari Reef super easy and night dives easier too. There is a small beach you can sit at to read or sun and beach-comb for sea glass. There are several restaurants nearby which are walking distance. The condo has everything you would need and a screened porch with an ocean view. The little covered area by the water is perfect for sunsets. Checking in and out is super easy and the front gate people are so friendly. We adore the island and this condo is our go to!

We stayed for two weeks and had a great time. The location is perfect, close to town and restaurants, but to the north which provides easier access to my favorite dive sites. There is a nice house reef although of course most of the coral is dead these days due to the coral wasting disease but there are still a lot of fish out there and especially good for a late afternoon or night dive. The property at sand dollar is really nice and the condo location is fantastic with a great view of the ocean from the whole unit and especially from the outdoor patio. We cooked a lot of meals and the well equipped kitchen was great. The only complaints we had were about the furniture. The mattress on the bed is worn out and unsupportive/saggy. It needs to be replaced. The bed is also a bit small for two people --seemed to be a full rather than a queen and the extra room a bigger mattress would take up would be minimal in the floor plan but huge for 2 snoring divers to get a good night sleep. Additionally I found pretty much all of the chairs in the condo to be uncomfortable to sit in for more than a few minutes at a time as well. They were all kind of a cheap lightweight wicker with a thin cushion. Investing a couple thousand dollars in a new mattress and at least two comfortable chairs would go a long way to making this a perfect rental. Otherwise we loved everything about the place and would go back again.

Third time there good people to deal with love the snorkeling right on site and awesome location.

We had a outstanding 14 day vacation at Sand Dollar A3 condo. The condo description and pictures were accurate. We had everything we needed to relax and cook meals in the condo, it became a home away from home. The condo's screened porch and beautiful grounds made relaxing after a day of diving exceptional. This condo is close to everything you need for a Bonaire stay.

Location was excellent for us. this was our 2nd stay at this condo. We dive with Dive Friends Bonaire and they are only 30 meters away. Great dive site right out front. No stairs which was great for us. Beautiful sunsets.

The owner had the studio set up perfectly for our 2 week stay. Halfway through we recieved fresh bedding and towels, mopping, etc... Thanks for all the attention to details and decor. Have stayed in other, just as superb, condos with different sized groups in the past. All have been comfortable with Dive Friends and dock right next to the room, basically.

The unit was everything we wanted and accurate to the description. We probably liked it more than we liked this particular island! Great screened porch with water view and friendly guests/owners in the other units. Ability to snorkel on reef right out front that had nice variety of fish; as well as small sandy beach to enjoy. Several restaurants in walking distance with very good food and drinks. Thank you for the use of your space.

The condo was just as advertised. The beach out front had plenty of sea glass for treasure hunting, the property was super clean and well stocked. The restaurant at the dive shop complex was sooo good. Definitely laid back and friendly place to stay. The restaurant stockec

We are repeat guests at Scott & Susan’s place and it is always amazing! Perfect location and has everything we need. Really our perfect getaway. They respond quickly if you have questions. Certainly a gem!

Got a email just two days explaining the ck in service. followed it but no one showed up . Some one left us a message from an office telling us to call them back. they said not to use the number they called on because the office would be closed. But they didn't leave a number. We eventually found someone that had a number to call. We were told that that ck in process that came on our email was many years old? so we stood in the heat for over an hour trying to figure out how to get in

Everything you could need is there. 110 power and the little charging station was a bonus. Beautiful view. Screened in patio (just like home) affords protection from mosquitos and occasional rain shower. Walking distance to places for breakfast, lunch and dinner, gelato and a fully stocked market. Helpful host, responds quickly to requests or questions. I wouldn't think of staying anywhere else.

Everything was great. The kitchen was well stocked and former guests left little bottles of spices and such that give you a head start on your cooking. Perfect location. Incredible snorkeling right off of the back wall. Even has a little beach. The dive shop next door is included so you can go over there and rent equipment for 40 a day for snorkeling. Easy to get around on scooters or you can rent a golf cart for about 75 a day. Very easy relaxing enjoyable vacation. We spent 7 days there.

My wife and I just returned after ten days in A3. The condo was perfect for us. The ceiling fans and AC work great and kept us comfortable when indoors. The location in the complex is prime with great snorkeling/diving just a few steps away. The kitchen and bathroom (super shower!) did not disappoint. I can't imagine a better spot for a couple.

Great spot ! We love Sand Dollar and have been going there for 20 years. This unit was perfect. Close proximity to the dive dock and the water. Definitely will be back.

Steps to the ocean with comfortable furniture, great for a single traveler or a couple. Well appointed kitchen with all the necessities. Large screen TV and fast, reliable internet. Dive shop next door, ample outdoor seating on the porch or patios. Secure parking area and building, good neighbors all interested in diving and water activities.
