Stayed Jun 27, 2025We had a great stay! The property was exactly as advertised—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Beach access was super easy, and even during peak summer, the beach was laid back and never felt crowded. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable getaway. The only thing we would have liked was a bit more seating on the balcony to better enjoy the view as a group. Overall, we’d definitely stay again!

Stayed May 28, 2025Very clean. Difficult to find. You should add that the building is green and the parking is underground. The boardwalk to the beach was wonderful but there are nails that need to be pounded down. Also the exposed electrical cords at the side of the building are a little scary.Having said all that, all five of us had a grand time! Thank you

Stayed Apr 12, 2025This 3br, 3ba unit was perfect size for the five adults in our family. Plenty of seating for meals and socializing. No instructions on how to use tv remote controls, but we figured it out. Starter supplies rather scanty. No tissues in entire unit.There was no mention of the fact that there was only two parking spaces and any other vehicles would have to gind public parking at 3.00/hour from 8am to 8pm.

Stayed Aug 23, 2024This was our 2nd stay at this condominium. We were in Tybee for a Sons of Sailors show at the Tybee Post Theater. It’s in walking distance to the theater and has direct beach access. The condo is well equipped, clean and very roomy. We will definitely be back!

Stayed Jul 2, 2024We loved everything about this place as far as location, proximity to the beach, balcony, rooms etc. Our only concern was the cleanliness of the unit which is no fault of the owners as we are STR owners ourselves and know how it is! We have a crawling baby and the floor had obviously not been swept/mopped as there was some sand and we had to deep clean the kitchen as well but other than that it was perfect!
