This beautiful beach inspired unit sleeps 7 comfortably. King size beds in the Master and second bedroom with 2 twin beds in third guest bedroom and a comfortable high-end sleeper sofa bed in living room. Ceiling fans, all furnishings, beach towels, beach toys, bedding . . . everything you will need. This beautiful condominium is located directly across the street from Carlsbad State Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Southern California! Upon entering this spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo, you will know you have found the perfect location for a wonderful beachfront vacation. This unit boasts 180 degree ocean views from the front deck with ocean views from nearly every room. A laundry room within the unit has full size washer and dryer for your convenience. Entertainment includes a flat screen TV in the living room and wireless Internet. Cable TV is not provided. The TV's are hooked up to ROKU including HULU, YouTube, PLUTO, TUBI, CRACKLE, NETFLIX etc. The apps are accessible at the guests own subscription. Two assigned parking spaces in the underground garage go with the unit, and an elevator takes you right to the front door!

The kitchen is fully equipped with black granite countertops, white cabinets, stainless steel appliances and a Viking gas grill on the deck. There are two separate dining areas with seating for eight. Enjoy the ocean view and beautiful sunsets from the main dining room, living room, master bedroom and deck. The living Room and Master bedroom share the front deck with expansive views of the blue Pacific. This condo is all on one floor with no stairs in the unit.

Carlsbad Village offers a unique small town feel and is a great coastal vacation getaway. The Village of Carlsbad is a short ten minute walk from the condo and has great restaurants, pubs, shopping and more. Legoland, The Carlsbad Outlet Stores, the Flower Fields and many other popular attractions are within just a few minutes driving distance from your door. The beautiful beach is the main attraction but golf, fishing, jet skiing, and bike riding are nearby. Or you can hop on the Coaster train to visit downtown San Diego for shopping, nightlife and dining, or visit the world famous San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, and Sea World. This property is handicap accessible, but not totally handicapped equipped. The elevator from the garage takes you right to the front door which makes this the perfect retreat for someone who has difficulty with walking..... Fabulous Ocean Views.

Many properties that advertise an 'ocean view' in truth have only a partial, obstructed view of the sea from one room. Here you will enjoy ocean views from the living room, both dining rooms, kitchen, second bedroom and master bedroom!

The condo is a short walk from downtown Carlsbad...shopping, restaurants, bars & pubs & more! Legoland is only two miles from the condo, and Sea World and Disneyland are less than one hour away. Garage parking can accommodate two vehicles and the elevator will take you right to your front door.

Features: Features include a large master bedroom with king bed and large master bath boasting of marble floors and a soaking tub; 2nd bedroom has a king bed and the 3rd bedroom has a two twin beds. In addition, there is a queen size sofa bed in the living room. Other amenities include a spacious living room; dining room; breakfast room; fully equipped kitchen with granite slab countertops; French doors open to a balcony patio overlooking the Pacific, Viking BBQ grill, washer/dryer.

The Cherry Avenue and Hemlock beach stairways are closed. The nearest beach access is a 5-minute walk (0.2 miles) from the unit. Carlsbad Blvd. construction will continue after Labor Day.

    The condo and the views were just spectacular. Cool ocean breezes on the patio and walking distance to just about everything. Property manager Cheryl was super helpful. Can't wait to visit again.

    Pros: Overall great location,right across a perfect swimmable beach , short walk to town, restaurants , cute shops and grocery stores. Unit has a good layout, very spacious and large , good kitchen well stacked, lots of bath and beach towels, easy operational washer and dryer, Balcony is overlooking the ocean , comfortable chairs to sit and enjoy . There is a bin with beach chairs, umbrella , beach toys and buggy board.Parking is great for one big SUV or a single large vehicle , or two small cars . We never used the dishwasher or BBQ's that are on the balcony, Cons: the condo had a very musty smell - most likely from the carpets that get cleaned and they stay wet , we had to leave the windows and patio door open for fresh air throughout the whole duration of our stay and used fans in the bedrooms to get better air circulation. with the windows and patio door open it was very noisy . The master bedroom was the worst when it came to air quality. Master bathroom also needs a little TLC and update its shower head for better water flow , we didn't go near the bathtub since also could use a replacement... This is a beautiful condo that could use a basic renovation that would bring out the best features but its is a rental ... we made the best of it. Unfortunately due to allergies in our family we won't be able to return unless there is a flooring upgrade from carpets to laminate , hardwood or tile flooring that could be maintained well free of stains and alergents.

    The property was just as it was portrayed on line, directly across from the beach with wonderful view and plenty of space for everyone. We all had more than enough room in our bedrooms, very comfortable beds and large closets. Parking was a breeze with underground spaces, and an elevator to get there while transporting baggage. The location is an easy walk to the village and restaurants. We were super happy with the total experience and hope to return in the future. Great job!!

    When we arrived, the windows were all closed and as we entered the main master bedroom, it smelled musty. We opened a few windows (the one's we could open) and could not get rid of the smell. The windows were marked as to which one's could open/not open. Very odd. Some of the window coverings were broken and you couldn't open or close them. Both bathtubs needed a little bit of cleaning when we arrived. The parking spots available are for small/compact cars, which should be stated in description. Sofa bed mattress was not comfortable at all, so we did not use it. We were not told that construction was going on next door. Was very noisy during the week we were there. Felt a little stressed to put things back to their rightful place. Never have we ever stayed somewhere where the owner seemed to check up on the renters. Did not feel comfortable about this. We have paid less for places near this rental and those places stocked the bathrooms with kleenex, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner & body wash. This place did not provide those items - only toilet paper and hand soap. We have never been asked to pay for insurance on a place, but had to with this one. It is in a nice area of Carlsbad, close to the beach and the mattress in the master bedroom was very nice. It has a nice set up, and could be a nice place to stay for most people. But, due to feeling watched and the musty smell, we will not rent this place in the future. Just a little disappointed.
