Spacious NY Style Loft Downtown Eastport

We had an amazing stay! As good as the pictures are, the actual apartment is even better. We had so much space for the four of us and everything was so comfortable and beautifully decorated. Anything you can possibly need is provided. Greg and Carol are warm and friendly hosts, we enjoyed the chance to get to know them. We are happy to have purchased a beautiful print of Greg’s from the gallery to remind us of our stay. To top things off, Eastport is a great town, and staying in the heart of downtown was perfect. We walked through town daily, got coffee at Picnic in the morning, and loved the wine bar and the candy store. We highly recommend this gem of a place to stay.

Fantastic!!! Very comfortable and clean

We all loved your property. The load in after a long day of travel is kind of challenging, as Boynton St. is pretty steep, but one you're in it's a really grand and comfortable space. Being in the middle of downtown overlooking Water Street and the bay is a big big plus. Would certainly stay again.

What a beautiful loft style condo in Eastport. The space is enormous. The pictures don’t do it justice (and the pictures are beautiful). We hosted a larger group for dinner that was in town for business and we had an amazing time. The kitchen is beyond well equipped. We used the grill that is in a beautiful English garden style compact backyard area. The primary bed was so comfortable and there were extra pillows of different firmness placed around the room in thoughtful and charming cloth baskets. The attached bathroom was large, modern, and felt luxurious. We come to Eastport once a year for work and have been trying to book this place for several years. I won’t stay anywhere else now. The hosts were so communicative, warm, and friendly. One of the best VRBOs and experiences I’ve had.

Beautiful loft, very clean and spacious. Lovely town walking distance to several waterfront restaurants and great galleries and shops! We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back soon!

We stayed 3 nights in this beautiful NY style loft and loved every minute of it. When we arrived the owner had turned all the lights on for us and it was so inviting. The little town of Eastport was fun to tour around. We especially enjoyed the candy shop and mustard store. (: We also decided very last minute to go on a whale watch and that was the high light of our trip. We would stay in this spot again. Beds were very comfortable and we loved all the little sitting areas throughout the apartment. It was a great adventure.

Season had just ended, but I was glad of the town quiet (Oct 1). The unit had enough for us all and walkability was good. We did day excursions to light houses, Acadia, island hikes, whale watching. The hosts were very accommodating when I shopped my CPAP water ahead and the shops shopped the things we bought.

Rental was very clean and well stocked! Owner was very responsive in any questions we had and was very accommodating!! Have stayed at the property before and will continue to do so!

Words cannot do this property justice. It’s spacious, perfectly appointed, and could not be located any better within Eastport. Everything you could conceivably need is on the premises. The owners were both accessible and incredibly gracious. We loved our time here and strongly recommend you consider staying here if you find yourself in town.

This property is stunning. The pictures are beautiful but the actual property exceeded our expectations. It is so homey and comfortable and very tastefully furnished. We loved our stay there and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Eastport area.
