Spacious Lux Intracoastal Beachfront Resort. 2 BDR

We loved staying in the very clean and modern condominium in a wonderful location. An easy one block walk to Hollywood beach made this a perfect location. The condo was very comfortable and nicely appointed. The view of sunset from the balcony was beautiful.

We stayed at this property for two nights and overall had a decent experience, but there are several important considerations for future guests.Additional Fees (Not Clearly Disclosed):The most significant issue was the unexpected extra charges. In addition to the rental cost, we were required to pay:42/day for parking, 40/day resort fee. & a 50 registration fee. These fees totaled nearly 200 and were only disclosed 48–72 hours before check-in, leaving us with no choice but to pay. This lack of transparency was frustrating and would be even more so for a longer stay. If you're budgeting for your trip, be sure to factor these in. The apartment itself is spacious and nicely decorated, though some of the furniture is worn and could use updating—which is somewhat expected in a beach condo. The location is excellent: less than a 5-minute walk to the beach and boardwalk. The pool area is lovely, and the resort grounds are clean and well-maintained.While the unit had been cleaned, we encountered several issues:A dirty pack-and-play was left in the condo.It appeared a dog had stayed before us—there were nose prints on the glass and urine stains on the master bedroom mattress. Although the sheets were changed, the mattress pad was not, and the bed had a strong odor. A metal piece under the counter fell off. Maintenance entered the unit to work on the dishwasher with only 10 minutes’ notice. The washer/dryer combo was not functioning.

The condo was perfect for 5, beds were comfortable, spacious and clean. Check in initially did not have my early check in information but the host resolved it right away. The rooftop pool was great. Loved the beach although the chair and cabana rental is a little pricey. It would make sense for multi room units to get more than 2 chairs included. Had almost everything we needed including toiletries, dish detergent, and paper goods. We did have to ask for additional trash bags as there was only one in the unit. Washer/dryer combo in unit but bring a few detergent pods. Loved being able to get fresh beach towels daily. Great balcony overlooking the intracoastal. Liquor and convenience stores close by. Coffee shop in lower level was great. All of the staff was friendly and efficient.

We enjoyed the condo and its location with views of the intercoastal water while being very near the beach. The rooftop pool was a nice amenity. The unit had a few small maintenance issues and the owner was very responsive. We would stay here again.

The Costa Hollywood Beach Hotel is conveniently located along the Hollywood Broadwalk. An easy walk to everything you need. The rooftop restaurant and bar with the pool is great when you aren't in the mood for the beach

This place has a wonderful location and this property is great. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths….great space. Roof top pool and close access to the beach and unlimited food and drink options. No car needed. We loved it!!

This is our third time staying with Global Rent at Costa Hollywood. We are always happy with our stay and wish we could stay longer. Hope to see you again next year!

Meeting friends for a weekend, this was a perfect stay. Two large sleeping suites with their own bathrooms. Located on either side of the large ear in kitchen and living area. We wanted to stay together and this fit the bill. I wish there were more properties like this!

The 2 bedroom unit was perfect! Our only hiccup was checking in when we arrived at the hotel. We had to wait in a very long line and the hotel had only one person was working at the front desk and we had to wait at least 45 minutes in line. Other than that, the facility was very nice and we enjoyed the location.

We enjoyed the property. The location is great. Enjoyed the pool area and close to the beach as well. A note for the manager, you can receive beach towels, they give you a card to get them when you check in.
