Located just 3 miles from the beach, between the quaint and popular beach towns of Encinitas and Carlsbad Village, this 1560 sq ft condo allows you to experience the best San Diego has to offer while living in a quiet neighborhood. The bright and open home has vaulted ceilings and comfortable furnishings and is equipped with everything you need in a home away from home.

Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, French press, toaster oven, InstantPot, air fryer, Nutribullet, and more. Full array of spices and cooking oils, wraps and foil. Starter coffee and Keurig cups.

Very spacious master bedroom with king bed has an ensuite bath with sunken tub and walk-in closet. Large second bedroom with 1 queen bed and 1 twin day bed with extra twin mattress and closet uses the hall bath (full bath with shower). Second bedroom opens out to the private garden patio. Towels and linens provided, as well as a starter set of soaps and toilet paper.

As you may have guessed from the many paintings in the home, the owner is a professional artist. A small section of the upstairs sitting area, where she paints when she is in residence, will be separated by a privacy screen. When you are renting, this space will not be used. The owner asks that you respectfully honor this private space.

PLEASE NOTE: This home is a three-level condo with the garage and laundry on the bottom level, bedrooms and bathrooms on the middle level, and kitchen and living areas on the top level. May not be suitable for those with disabilities or anyone who has trouble climbing stairs, or for very young children. No wheelchair access.

    Marcia's home is perfect for long term stays, as it is equipped with all the necessities for a thoroughly enjoyable time. I particularly enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the sunset over the Pacific. Marcia is so pleasant to deal with and very responsive to any inquires you might have. I hope to return and have no hesitation in highly recommending this home.

    Marcia’s home is perfect - beautifully presented and thoughtfully filled with everything a family of 3 might need during a 4 week stay. Lovely outside spaces, back and front, the house overlooks a communal pool and jacuzzi (which we used every day). Everyone we met in the neighbourhood was incredibly friendly. A real find. Highly recommend. Thank you Marcia.
