the place is in the perfect spot , patio was the best part
Condo was clean. The area was noisy at night. Check in process involved going to a nearby convenience store to get the keys. This was inconvenient because there was no parking at the store.
Spacious and well organized. Although it was on the street side, 3rd floor, traffic and noise was not an issue. Overall very well equipped. Owner was responsive to a small repair, corrected quickly. The key exchange system worked well once we got used to it. Appreciated the underground parking as downtown Victoria has very limited parking.
Lovely, well maintained and appointed condo. Clearly updated with a top notch kitchen, and comfortable furnishings. Pleanty of space for two couples to relax in as well. The location could not be better for exploring Victoria! A fire on the patio after an evening on the town was icing on the cake! Will be back again!!
Very nice apartment and conveniently located. We didn’t cook much but it was well outfitted. we only stayed 2 nights. Owner was nice to let us check in early as we had our two grandkids with us. Cons: No sponge or dish cloth (but there is a dishwasher) and only one dish towel so if staying longer bring your own. Note if you swim…One towel per person as someone else mentioned but there is a washer and dryer. Our granddaughter slept on the sofa bed and said it was very soft (we put the topper we found in the bedroom closet on the bed so maybe that made it too soft but the mattress on the sofa was covered in plastic). The master bedroom bed was comfortable but the flannel sheets are rough. Others had noted this too - highly recommend the owner provide new sheets!
Awesome location in downtown Victoria. Walking distance to a lot of activities. Property contact was prompt and very helpful with all inquiries.
This was our first trip to Victoria and had an amazing time. The condo had enough space for the four of us, nice pool and gym. We were able to take advantage of the central location and walked to dinner and shopping. Only disadvantage could be the noise from the building fountain that is right under the main bedroom. It did not bother us too much, but if you are a light sleeper be aware.
Enjoyed an easy check in process and a great location. Loved the pool. A few minor challenges - no extra toilet paper? - but ultimately a good place from which to explore Victoria.
Stayed 2 nights at this downtown condo...check in was easy. Condo was clean and well stocked. The location was great.
Great location. Updated condo. Great parking. No wifi, fireplace didnt work, master shower did not drain, refrigerator shelves were broken, master bedroom closet shelves broken.
Overall nice place that is near everything. Linens in master bedroom were flannel and very rough. Not to our liking. The shower door was broken and a temporary shower curtain installed. As the one side still had glass, we bumped into the glass door quite often. We we’re looking forward to using pool and hot tub, but closed for maintenance. Overall a nice place for 4 people. Very clean and stylish.

Staying in this apartment is an interesting experience. It’s in a great location for walking to Empress Hotel, Parliament, and harbor. Very busy street and area. Place was roomy with lots of glass to watch everything. A few more supplies would have been nice. Only one towel per person so if you swim you use the same towel. No dishcloths and one wash rag total but maybe that was just us. Bar soap? Beds were comfortable!
We wish we had more time, but it was perfect for our quick trip to attend a memorial. The location is easy to get to and had enough room for all of us.
