Spacious corner unit on Pass-A-Grille Beach. Beach access Heated pool. Next to restaurants and shops

This property was near perfect. Perfect location, easy check in, exactly as listed with the exception it does not have an umbrella. You can rent one at the Brass Monkey gift shop for $10 dollars a day. You can walk to 12th Ave and Pass-a-Grille in 7 minutes and see the sunrise with the dolphins and of course see the sunset steps from your door- incredible location. Only con was that the cleaning needed to be stepped up. Otherwise for me it was perfect and we will definitely be back

The beach was visible from the kitchen! We loved our stay. The property was super clean, cozy, well decorated, had all the essentials PLUS more. The location was literally in the middle of Pass-A-Grille. Walk everywhere. MAKE SURE YOU TAKE THE SIDEWALK ACROSS THE STREET ALL THE WAY AS SOUTH AS YOU CAN GO. THE BEACH THERE HAS THE MOST INCREDIBLE SHELLS! They’re huge! We’ve never been able to find shells like these! Skip the “Shell Key” ferry and just walk 5 minutes from this magnificent condo and you’ll get amazing shells! Walk across the street to an uncrowded beach and make sure to watch the sunset from the patio. We will definitely be returning. This was the perfect spot. Thank you!

This is the third unit we've rented in this building. The place was nest and tidy but certainly not clean. The kitchen was furnished the bare essentials which met our needs. What you're paying for is the proximity to the beach and this unit couldn't be closer. The furniture was comfortable and it was nice having a second queen bed. Wifi was worthless and no washer and dryer was not ideal. We would rent this unit again only if others were not available.

Great corner unit overlooking the Gulf. Very clean. Very comfortable beds. Kitchen had everything we needed. Property managers were prompt and friendly. We had absolutely no problems and enjoyed the stay. Would definitely stay again.

The place was great! Excellent location steps away from the beach, with the good restaurants within a short walking distance. Downtown was a short drive with plenty of excellent dining choices and shops The unit was clean, nicely decorated, comfortable furniture and beds. No laundry facilities unfortunately, but we were only there a few days so it wasn't that big a deal. Our only issue was with the ceiling fans. There were no instructions on how to turn them or the overhead lights on/off, so we were left scratching our heads over several wall switches that appeared to serve no purpose. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend the unit to our friends. It was our first time visiting Pass-A-Grill/St. Pete Beach and we loved it! We definitely will be back!

Condo was perfect! Right on Gulf Blvd in Pass A Grill. Great sunset views and easy walk to the beach.Unit was clean and everyone was helpful and friendly.

Of course the location was perfect. The home was very clean and well organized. Easy to care for I thought.

Very nice set-up, but hopefully there are no kids in the unit above you....very noisy floors.

The rental was clean and comfortable. The beach was just across the street, fairly easy access, the beach was clean and the Gulf water wonderful. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The only issue was the faulty internet, they even came out and rewired and restarted it but I notified the host so they could work on it before the next guests. The host was available and pleasant to deal with. Was a nice, restful stay. Would definitely stay again

Clean and very spacious. Great access to the beach.

Very clean well equipped unit in a terrific location, comfortable beds, easy to get in and out, adequate parking. Only downsides are lack of a dining table (has breakfast counter with high chairs not very comfortable for older crowd), low soft sofa seating otherwise, and ceiling fan lights in both living room and master bed were burned out so was dark in the evening (we flagged this to management on leaving).

A great week of relaxation! Truly enjoyed our stay! Great location and accessibility to beach, pool and restaurants!! Will definitely be back!!

I have stayed here 3 times and love it! The location is perfect for me! We had some issues this time while we were there, and our calls were answered, and things were taken care of in a timely manner. Already planning return trips for this fall and winter.

The room is amazing, the view is even better!

You can’t ask for a better location for watching the west Florida sunset. The condo is so convenient to the beach, shopping, restaurants and bars. My family and I really enjoyed spending time together there.

Property was in ideal position in pass a grille which was a little secret place but now is a lot busier. The area is still recovering from last years hurricane season but this did not affect our stay.Reasonably priced for the area too.Will be back.

Great location. Able to walk to a couple of restaurants otherwise used Freebie which is a great service. We were aware there would probably be someone in condo above us so prepared for noise. Fortunately noise was only during the day. Could use more towels supplied. Owners responded quickly to questions. Enjoyed being able to sit on patio.

The condo is lovely. Large living area and kitchen. Two large bedrooms. Very comfortable! Best bonus was the beach wagon with umbrella and beach chairs. The stay wouldn’t be the same without them!! Great location

If construction was not going on, on the beach. It would have been perfect. We drove to Upham/ treasure island beaches so trip was still great .

This property is roomy, comfortable, and clean. It is directly across from the beach.

This is my third time staying at a property managed by Charles & Liz. And definitely not my last. This is such a great spot in a relaxed beach community. If you want to slow down & take in perfect sunsets, this is the place.

Location convenient for restaurants and beach. It’s a busy street and noisy into the night. Warning! Do not give up your parking space to enjoy anything away from P-A-G! So busy you might not be able to park again until evening! Pool was wonderful. Bathroom is small and dated but clean. Kitchen is teeny but ice maker is awesome! We would come back. Vacuum provided to help with sand.
