Spacious condo w. ocean views + resort amenities!

The property was clean and spacious for a family. It is right on the water. The island is small and sweet and it is easy to get around. One note, although you can swim there, we did end up driving to the other beaches every day as we preferred them for swimming. These were only a handful of minutes away and super easy to get to. They had more people and had a more open ocean feel to them. While the condo was great and in a perfect spot for quiet and long walks on the beach, if you’re looking for that type of beach you may end up driving to South or No

The place is really good.

We were a multigenerational family on a family vacation. We wanted to be close to the beach so the teens could play, but the adults didn't have to be on the beach the whole time. And, we wanted everyone to have a bed. This spacious property was just perfect. The kids could be on the beach and we adults could relax on the porch and watch the kids. We walked to the coffee shop and shops, spent a day in Savannah, and spent time seeing Tybee sights. The property was in an excellent location for everything we wanted to do. We also spent a lot of time cooking meals in the beautiful kitchen. The kitchen was full of anything we needed and nice quality things too. We thoroughly enjoyed many hours walking the beach and enjoying the boats and dolphins from the porch. We had a wonderful trip and made many memories and will definitely be back!

Nice location. Saw the dolphins everyday Was very close to the north beach which was nice and quiet. Pool is rather small and filled up quickly with those that stayed next to it in condos

Dolphins out the window every day! Easy to get to the beach and pool.Disappointment with the management. We had trouble with the internet and only got automated responses. We were there for 5 days and elevator was out of order for 3. No notice... no sign... no communication. We had someone with a disability in our group and this made it very hard on her.

The bay view was amazing and we saw more dolphins per day than we have in most entire vacations elsewhere. We saw more dolphins from the balcony than we did on our dolphin cruise...which stops right in front of Bay View Villas. The beach and pool was nice and the condo unit was clean and comfortable. Other than thin walled construction that allows you to hear your upstairs and next door neighbors every move, we had a great stay.

A great condo with wonderful ocean view and best kitchen we’ve had at VRBO. One problem - hard to fix and not a fault of the landlord - upstairs guests stomped into the late night. The building itself is not well sound insulated.

Stay was good and all fine. Just 2 concerns. Found dog hairs and a strong smell comes while entering the house

It was a multigenerational trip consisting of myself, my two young sons and my parents. The condo size and amenities were perfect and enjoyed by all.

We loved the beachy vibe of this well-appointed condo. Very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The unit was very clean. The sunsets from the deck were amazing. Lots of fun shops and restaurants nearby and the boardwalk to the beach was great!

We had our first family vacation with our three kiddos (5, and twin two year olds) and this place did not disappoint! We were able to get to the beach and the pool very easily and the beach itself was great for little kids because the waves were calm! We saw a bunch of dolphins and the house itself was very clean and cozy! We would definitely recommend it and stay there again if they would have us!

The location and view of the water from this property is awesome. This section of the beach is not crowded at all. We really enjoyed our stay and would book again.
