Spacious Condo w/ Indoor Outdoor Pool Hot Tub Tennis Pickleball walk to Beach!

Property was clean and well kept. Indoor pool was great. Outdoor pool was not open and was under construction. Beach access was close and easy to navigate.

This condo has a lot of potential but sadly, it has some big issues that we couldn’t overlook. The biggest is how dirty it was! Whoever cleans it simply tidies the place but they don’t clean. I’ve NEVER had to clean any rental property before we could even enjoy our trip. The toilet had crusted, dried urine on the bowl and the underside of the bowl, all the way down to the floor. The edges of the tub were covered in something gritty and sticky. The furniture had not been dusted in lord knows how long. There were empty candy wrappers on the dresser in the master. The kitchen cabinet was full of about 10 bags of half eaten chips bags, cereal bags and other food items that were opened. The shelves in the fridge had food caked on them. There was a broken blender, caked in dust just sitting on the counter. I feel bad for whoever owns this property because the cleaning company is really doing them a disservice. Quite frankly, we shouldn’t even have had to pay a cleaning fee because I had to clean the place myself! The second issue was the beds- so uncomfortable. The pillows were awful and flat. No one was able to get good sleep. The location is pretty central to a lot of good restaurants. It’s close to a few good parks for little kids. It’s about a 15 min walk to the beach. I’ve never rented a place I wouldn’t return to but definitely won’t be back to this property. Hilton head was beautiful though and will be back renting elsewhere.

Overall, the condo was in a great location, spacious, and clean. Would recommend.

Very clean and tastefully decorated. Conveniently located. Most of the comforts of home and arranged like two appointments for privacy

Property was as shown, very clean and very nice. Only issue had was discrepancy with check out time; Vrbo lists check out as 11, cleaning crew came into the room around 1015 and stated it was 10.

This condo was excellent. It is beautifully furnished, has comfortable beds and comes well equipped for days at the beach. I did find some stains on the bedspreads, so not sure if these are washed between guests, quickly removed them and just used the white linens. There was visible dust on the furniture in the second bedroom and on the floor but the main living area and master bedroom were spotless. Location was good but we did need to use the car in the evening to get to the plaza, the walk was further than we thought. Pools were nice enough but didn’t use often as the beach was stunning and easy to access from property. It was great having the washer/dryer at the end of our vacation but just a shame there was no clothes dryer for items that couldn’t go on the machine. Air con was fab, quiet and easy to work. Property felt safe and secure. Highly recommend. We would stay again but would prefer to be closer to the plaza for evening.

The room was awesome, close to the beach indoor and outdoor pools. Close to all of the action. Will be staying here again!

Property was clean and as pictured, had everything we needed. It’s actually like two adjoined units which gives the opportunity for separation if needed! Two balconies, indoor pool was warm and convenient, beach access just a short walk away. 15 min walk to ColignyPlaza area. Beach wagon was provided with 4 chairs, boogie board and shovel. Great experience!
