Spacious Condo w/ GameRoom Loft - Kings in 2BR,2BA

It was our first time not staying at a hotel or b&b. We were extremely pleased with each aspect of our stay. It was extremely simple to book our reservation, our host was extremely attentive and available each and every day. The condo was a very homelike setting. Sad part was we were only there for two nights and it was time to go home. My husband left his jacket up in the gameroom. We had to reach out to our host who promptly let him back in as it was past checkout time. We would highly recommend this condo to all our friends and family.

Nice place for us to spend a long weekend in Grand Haven. It was a little pricey, and we had people across the hall, and next door that were very loud, and in one case were smoking, drinking, and arguing on the adjacent balcony at 3am. But the area is nice, and the unit itself was very comfortable, and all the amenities one could ask for. We would definitely book again, maybe just not over a holiday weekend.

Everything was perfect! I stayed with my husband, daughter, 19, and her friend. My son was supposed to stay but ended up not being able to. We had plenty of space! We would definitely stay again.

Very clean, comfortable beds, and quiet. Host is very professional. Ms. Pac-Man was a bonus.

The host was very responsive and kind! The place is so pretty and comfortable!! We had everything we could need! So many personal touches too! We loved everything about our stay! We had a blast playing Pac-Man and foosball. Made plenty of meals using the kitchen. It had all of the cookware and dishes.beds were very comfy. Decor is welcoming and peaceful. I recommend 10 out of 10! Elevator makes your walk from car to condo a breeze. Trash chute on every floor, so easy clean up. ( We cooked a LOT) It was just SO charming, and was everything we had hoped for!

Had an amazing weekend stay! Host was easy to contact and super helpful. Both bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and the condo was conveniently located near lots of restaurants and things to do. Can’t wait to stay again when it gets warmer!

We could not have been more pleased with our time here. The condo was well equipped, extremely clean, quiet and very comfortable! Location was ideal; we were able to walk downtown, several eateries right outside our door, and plenty of parking. It truly exceeded our expectations. The host was responsive and helpful answering any questions we had. 5 star!

Great set up. We played American Dunes Holf Course. Super convenient. Easy to get to. Host was super communicative, made the trip easy. Second time we have stayed at this complex.

Loved this condo. Extremely clean, modern decor, comfortable. Excellent communication with host. Appreciate that coffee, tea, and snacks were provided as well as beach chairs. Convenient location close to town, shops, restaurants, and a short drive to the beach. A great getaway for mother/daughters weekend!

My first words after entering the condo “OMG! I’LL NEVER WANT TO LEAVE”. Beautifully decorated, extremely clean, loved the layout of bedrooms, quiet building. Conveniences of restaurants, etc. steps away. Property manager beyond accommodating. This condo… well, a definitely return!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful experience in Grand Haven thanks in large-part to the stay at the Lakeside Loft. The kids (ages 9, 6 and 3) had an absolute blast… All three said it was their favorite vacation condo ever! We were blown away by the cleanliness, available amenities, and thoughtfulness of the owners. The condo is top-notch and even better when you’re there in-person. The location had plenty of things close by, and we even took advantage of some morning walks into town (which is just down the street 0.9 miles away). It was a great first trip to Grand Haven, but I’m sure it won’t be our last!

The condo was very clean and was a great location. The water heater wasn’t working properly and the upstairs loft was way too hot to sleep in for summertime, even with fans.

The pictures dont do this condo justice! Its beautiful and so clean! Plenty of space for my family. Would love to stay again!

Highly recommend this rental. Very nice inside, great layout, lots of attention to detail, and close enough to downtown to feel connected to shops and activities. The location doesn’t have a view of much and the condo shares a parking lot with fast food restaurants. It felt safe, but if ambiance on the outside is your thing, this may not work. However it was easily walkable to Washington street, the beach, and fireworks.

We were first time MI visitors and so glad that we chose this space for our GH stay. The host has thought of everything to make it a great stay. Our 19 and 16 year old sons enjoyed the extra space. We had fun playing Foosball and arcade game. It is an easy walk down to coffee shops and the social district in downtown GH. The host is very responsive to any communication. We loved GH and this space!

We stayed for a sand soccer tournament. Location was perfect and the loft was beautiful! Our teens enjoyed the loft and games they had there. Loft has 2 single beds. Fully stocked kitchen for those that need to make meals. Comfy bed. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was clean and accurate to the listing. The kids loved all of the game options too. We could’ve used more than one spare garbage bag since we had 3 kids with us, but we made do with grocery bags we had on us. Overall, this was our favorite rental we’ve stayed at while visiting Grand Haven! We plan on booking this rental again!

The property was stunning, exceptionally clean, and inviting. Although the weather was uncooperative, it was beyond control. The kitchen was well-stocked, the location was excellent, and there was ample space for three adults, ensuring plenty of privacy. The welcome basket was particularly delightful. I would definitely stay again.

This condo was just as described and well appointed. Had a girls weekend and enjoyed the patio, the game room and the convenient location. Will definitely be back!

Overall property very nice and clean

This VRBO was perfect for our weekend plans. The VRBO was very clean and the host was great with communicating to us from booking through checkout. My 4 year old granddaughter loved all of the games.

This condo is one of the cleanest, well maintained properties that we have stayed at. Immaculate with good walkability and well stocked. Excellent!

Gorgeous property - exactly as described. Owners thought of just about everything! Clean!!! Only recommendation would be a grab bar in the shower tubs...luckily I had a cane to help! We will definitely return!

Couldn’t be better!

The condo was perfect. Had a few days with my brother and wife, then 2 days with our 3 grandkids. Loved location..playgrounds and beach for the kids. Took a short hour drive to Silver Lake and dunes. Weather was perfect.

Rental included kids books, toys, beach chairs, a game room/loft, and was a delight for a family with young children.

I liked this condo so giving it five stars. I thought the condo itself was very comfortable especially the master bedroom. But a few things to note and some suggestions to the owners. First, the condo is located it what looks like almost an old office building with stores on the first floor (nails, tatoo, sweet shop, and decent restaurant with Culver’s, Jimmy John’s, and Bobby coffee) in the parking lots nearby.The inside of the building itself is quite old. We were on the third floor. Unfortunately the elevator was broken for several days of our stay but it was fixed. Hallway outside the condo (inside the bldg) is very old and dingy. Inside the condo itself, I would suggest to the owners that they provide a few improvements. If you are to cook in the kitchen there should be more than one dish towel. Also, the pots and pans provided are on the small side. You need one or two more large pots or a family making dinner (pasta) is going to struggle. The second bedroom downstairs has NO drawers which was very limiting for us. Placemats would be nice to protect the nice runner and table. Finally, and this was a big one for me, there are no window coverings in certain parts of the living room so no privacy. You are looking across to another bldg also with condo units on higher floors. The bedrooms had privacy but half of the living room (ie the eating area) did not. I found that that made me stay more to the bedroom than the common area especially at night.

We enjoyed this property! My boys loved the foosball table and board games, and we loved the room decor. It was convenient to park and a 5 minute drive to the beach and downtown restaurants. We can’t wait to come back to Grand Haven!

We truly enjoyed this VRBO rental. It was clean and comfortable with a fun retro arcade game that we all enjoyed playing. Close to the hot spots. All around wonderful.

The unit was spacious and clean! Perfect rental for a quick summer getaway. Communication and instructions were clear and easy to understand. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!

Wonderful !! Our group included my husband and I, our 2 young grandsons, and their parents. The layout of the condo was perfect. The grandchildren had a large room with bunk beds, and gmes upstairs to keep them busy.The kitchen had all we needed to prepare a few meals there including a grill outside for steaks one night. The condo was sparkling clean with comfortable furniture!! Would stay there again!!

Wonderful location! Close to downtown Grand Haven, Holland and Muskegon! Accommodations are perfect, comfortable beds, beach gear available, easy access! We grilled, baked and enjoyed making coffee. Contact with the host over minor questions quick response! Lots of space and love the games too! Highly recommend for family vacations and friend outings! This property was close to downtown and the state park. It was very convenient and had coffee, ice cream and sandwich shops in the direct vicinity which was great! We slept well, and the condo had everything we needed. It was very clean and well decorated and had a video game, toys, and games that kept everyone busy. We would recommend for families!

The Lakeside Loft property is amazing! My 8 year olds said it was better than our house! (It could be because there were games in their room!) The space smelled amazing and everything was so clean! The beds were comfortable! This is most definitely a family friendly space - from the toddler utensils, clean cleaning products (that smell SO good), and big kid games! We enjoyed time on the patio (there's something about vacation cocktails!) and the ability to walk into town for dinner and ice cream! Morning runs to the end of the Pier were just over 4 miles! Grand Haven is a great little town and when we visit again, we'll be sure to book this property again!
