Stayed Jul 18, 2025Excellent rental experience. Bruce was excellent to communicate with. The property was clean, comfortable and located in awesome location. It was 10 minute walk or 5 min bike ride to Sea Pines Beach Club (you can drop off gear there by car), 2 minute walk to the Golf Complex and easy bike ride to Harbour Town. Highly recommend.

Stayed Jun 29, 2024Had a great time last week here. Great location. Bruce responds quickly if you need anything. Really the only thing missing is access to a pool but we didn’t miss that too much. Will likely stay here again on our next trip.

Stayed Jan 20, 2024We spent three nights at this Sea Pines Villa. It was clean and the location was perfect. We were able to park our vehicle and walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The furniture was nice and comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed including storage space for our groceries. The two bathrooms were nice and had very good water pressure. The two master bedrooms, with kings, were comfortable. Plenty of closet and drawer space. The host was great to work with and easy to communicate with. We would definitely rent this unit again. Highly recommend if you want a place that is clean, comfortable feels like home.
