This condo is a great retreat for golf lovers and adventure seekers alike! This recently remodeled home is across the way from the Village and less than a quarter-mile from the SHARC aquatic center. Within a few minutes, you have access to all that Sunriver has to offer including swimming pools, hot tubs, tennis and basketball courts, bike paths, restaurants, shops, and more! And Mt. Bachelor, with its great selection of exciting winter and summer activities, is just a 20-mile drive from this rental.

Positives: 1. Remodeled kitchen 2. Location is near village 3. Remodeled bathrooms 4. Perfect size for one family or 2 couples (no kids) 5. SHARC passes Negatives 1. Carpet downstairs 2. No A/C however very shaded lot, well-built home…we stayed with temps in high 99s and lows in 60s & the house cools down at night and is tolerable in the evenings with a fan upstairs. 3. Toilet paper, paper towels, & towels are cheap and need to be higher quality
We really enjoyed our stay at 36 wildflower. Beautifully updated. Lots of stairs for little ones though. Really appreciated how close to the village this home was for our family.
This property was a perfect place for us. Great location near the Sunriver Village and biking/walking trails. Very clean, updated and comfortable. Even the beds, which is a plus. I highly recommend this location.
This condo is spacious and well laid out. We particularly loved that we could walk to the shops, the resort and the SHARC. We would rent this unit again.
This home has a very nice updated kitchen, bathrooms and comfortable furniture. Walking distance to all the amenities in The Village.
This place was perfect for our family. I loved that the bedrooms were on the same floor and we were in the middle between the village and the sharc. The only thing I’d change is the blinds in the bunk bed room. When the sun comes up l, your up:) Thank you for helping me make great memories with my kids!
This home was so clean and a wonderful place for our family to enjoy Sunriver for the week. It's location is super close to the Village, the Sharc, coffee shops, and bike paths. It seemed like the kitchen was recently remodeled, and that added so much relaxation for us! Fun, modern environment for cooking together and playing card games and lounging. Definitely coming back here!!!
Perfect location with the Village across the street and a view of the golf course out the back. Very nicely remodeled unit with a well stocked kitchen, which is important to me because we eat in most days.
This condo was very nicely appointed. The location is ideal because it’s a 5 minute walk to the village and maybe 10 min to the Sharc. We biked to each in minutes. It was very clean and had everything you’d need. The bbq on the patio was convenient. The property manager responds quickly, we had run low on propane for the bbq and they brought another within an hour. Easy check in and out. The only reasons I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 are: 1) they advertised use of a sun deck but it was locked and we were told it’s no longer allowed to be used. We felt that should have been communicated when booking. 2) 10 am check out, not very reasonable. I would still still book this again though, it’s a nice place!
