Spacious Beachfront Living w/ Large Balcony + Community Pool!

Needs some maintenance and updating. There is a broken dresser drawer that would fall out. Kitchen could use some bowls with lids for storing food and a new coffee pot. Shells glued on the mirror are missing. Updated decorations and pictures would make it feel inviting. The porch is amazing! Great furniture. The mattresses are also nice.

We loved Tybee Island. The condo was in a terrific location and the beach was within walking distance and not crowded at all. The pool was a great option too. Anything you needed or wanted was close by. We will definitely be returning one day soon.

Overall for the price, quick responsiveness and pleasant demeanor of their guest relations team, this property was excellent!The check-in process was really fast and easy at their company's nice headquarters office located right there on the island with easy access for guests to find it as they arrive on the island.I was pleasantly surprised to find that the chairs for the living room were nicer and newer than those that appeared in the pictures on the listing. Also, the private beach was truly that private and that felt great for safety. We had one incident where. It appears that a palmetto bug roach came in from the balcony, but their team was super responsive. We shared our fears of more outside beach intruders with them and they had someone come out *immediately* to spray the balcony and doorways and they even had sprayed the day before we came. We did not see any other issues with bugs and did not see any that appeared to have come from within the unit. The listing owners are a full company, so there are some formalities that you would not find with an individually owned unit in VRBO, at first this was a bit more than I expected but with the additional formalities, you absolutely receive additional support, care & 24 hour access that comes with it in case you need it. They are a full team that has been doing this for quite a while, I would highly recommend and I'm glad that we stayed at their property & had a great experience.All amenities worked, all good.

Property was well kept, in a great location. It was perfect for our weekend getaway to Tybee Island.

Great place, right on the resort’s private boardwalk to the beach. Very quiet. This unit is close to the pool, too. Downside: Most units in the resort have covered parking, but this one does not.

Four friends stayed at this condo the first week of June. We were all very comfortable. We knew that no beach accessories were included, so we brought our own chairs and towels. All the appliances worked. There is a generous amount of storage space, and the back deck was a favorite gathering place. We also enjoyed spending time at the pool, where there was plenty of space and enjoyable encounters with other residents.

Getting tired close to needing new appliances overall a great location

Would definitely recommend! Loved it & we will be back❤️. Communication with the rental agency was difficult but otherwise no negatives at all.

Very nice and comfortable

Great location with access to lots! Clean condo with mostly everything we needed. This is the first beach rental I've had that didn't have any beach equipment whatsoever, but other than that it was perfect!
