Stayed May 28, 2026Great stay. Check in/out was so easy. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen had everything that we needed. Perfect view from the balcony. Short walk to the beach and the pool was perfect for the little kids.

Stayed Aug 1, 2025Staying at San Carlos 1207 was a great experience with spectacular views! The condos location was excellent with multiple attractions within walking distance. Kitchen was well stocked and has the basic vacation essentials for cooking when you don’t feel like going out. Check in was easy, staff was friendly, and amenities were as described on the property! Only minor complaints I have were: no remote for cable box in the master bedroom, master bathroom shower door was very difficult to close, lint on the ceilings near vents, and the units main door wouldn’t latch unless you pulled/pushed fairly hard on it. Overall I will definitely return to this unit and recommend to anyone!

Stayed May 17, 2024This property was the perfect location for Hangout Fest. We were there with a group of our Senior girls and it was close enough for them to walk back and forth without us parents worrying about them. We also could see the concert stages from our balcony and even hear some of the music. The condo was well kept and clean and we would definitely book again!

Stayed Jun 26, 2023The condo was absolutely gorgeous! We had a great view of the gulf. Easy access to pool and beach. Very roomy! My only negative was that they allowed guests that did not purchase the chairs and umbrellas set up in front of the paying customers. I’ve never stayed at a condo that allowed that before.
