This Charming updated retreat is privately owned and managed and conveniently located on the 7th floor for the best views. Featuring new luxury beds (1 King, 2 double), a comfy sofa that converts to a bed, stylish new furniture, 3 leather rocker/recliners that also swivels, and smart TVs with free Wi-Fi. Keyless door entry. (sleeps 5). This is a Low density condominium so that you can enjoy an uncrowded beach experience..

* Fully equipped kitchen that features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances & ample cabinetry- ideal for preparing fresh beach-inspired meals. Equipped with Stove/Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator/Freezer with Ice maker, Keurig Coffee Maker, Drip Pot, Silverware, Dinnerware, Cookware, toaster, utensils, Glassware, etc.

* Master Bedroom*
Wake up to gorgeous water views from the spacious master bedroom suite with balcony access. Equipped with new coastal furniture, new luxury King bed, leather rocker recliner, Smart TV (flat screen). Large walkin in closet etc. The wall to ceiling windows are decorated with adjustable beach shutters to allow for privacy or natural lighting for an elegant serene experience.

* Second Bedroom*
The second bedroom offers 2 luxury double beds with a full sized closet, and flat screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sun.
For maximum privacy and comfort, a hallway separates the living area from both bedrooms and bathrooms.

* The Master Bath has been beautifully updated with ample room, featuring a spacious sleek tiled walk-in shower with a detachable shower head and multiple water selections.
* The second bathroom features a standard tub-and-shower combination, offering flexibility for quick showers or relaxing baths. It also has a storage closet for toiletries, towels, etc. A hair dry is provide in each bathroom.

* Personal storage locker is available downstairs for guests to store beach items, chairs & toys. Bikes are not allowed in condo or on balcony. A Bike rack is available by the pool entrance or must store them on/in your vehicle.

*We provide a start up basic supply of essentials for your convenience. This includes 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 kitchen garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel towels, dishwashing liquid, hand soap, 2 pods for dishwasher, fresh and clean linens, blankets, and bath towels.
Bring your own beach towels! We do not provide beach towels. Condo towels and linens are to remain inside unit.

*Please be advised it is your responsibility to purchase items you may need for your stay. There are several grocery stores, apparel shops, and restaurants located nearby.
Ike’s Beach Service's offers Umbrellas and lounge chairs for guests to rent on the beach from March- September.

*Important to Note*
Must be 25+ to renter and must be present during stay. Max of 5 people including children. No parties/events or 3rd party booking, no unregistered guest or visitors. No vaping or smoking of any kind in condo or balcony— even when discreet, the smell carries. No open flames. No pets of any kind. (Severe Health Risk to Host).
Check-in day you will receive the Unit # and Keyless door code. Check-in is anytime after 4pm.
Check out is at 10am or before. Cleaning and inspection begains immediately after. Take out all garbage and food. Avoid putting food scraps down sink disposal! A garbage shute is located next to the stairs on each floor. Large items such as beverage and pizza boxes etc. must be taken to downstairs dumpster to avoid getting stuck in shute. Load and start dishwasher. Place soiled towels on bathroom floor. Ensure all faucets aren't running, refridator/ beaverage cooler are closed. Close the door behind you as you exit.

1 parking registration tag is included in your stay and will be on the kitchen counter upon check-in for you to leave on your dashboard. Parking Tag must be visible at all times to park on property. The on site office does not issue or sell parking tags to guests/renters. Parking is strictly enforced.
Host is not responsible for towing/booting fees, fines, or any damages to renter's vehicle. No boats, campers, trailers or
U-Hauls.
For your security, cameras are located in all common areas.
Amenities are managed by the HOA and may occasionally close for maintenance, cleaning, or repairs. These closures are outside the Host’s control and may occur without advanced notice. Guest and Renters are responsible for any damages.

    We were looking for a relaxing, laid back beach experience in a quieter area and this place was perfect. This condo is beautiful, comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked. It's right on the beach and has a patio that's plenty large enough for our family of 4 to enjoy dinner outside while enjoying an amazing view. I'm up early in the morning so I got to enjoy the sunrise every day. The check in and check out process was very easy and the owner responded quickly and fully to any questions. Communication was great. We'd definitely stay here again!

    Property is in a great location without a crowded beach. It’s everything you need for an easy beach vacation. Other areas of the beach looked more crowded when we would walk but this little stretch has less large condos and it shows. We could get a great spot anytime of the day.
