Everything was perfect. Property was clean and close to the beach. Came with beach tag and beach chairs. We were very satisfied.

We had an awesome stay in Ocean City and so glad we booked with HeavenlyRez! The house we stayed in was beautiful inside and out, nice and clean and close to everything! They thought of everything - even beach towels! Many places I looked at didn’t provide linens or other basics, but HeavenlyRez provides everything you need and then have additional offers through their concierge site. They have been wonderfully easy to work with on everything. I think we may only book with HeavenlyRez going forward because this was an awesome experience!

My family of 4 stayed in this condo for fall break in October. I can’t say enough great things. The hosts, Steve and Kimberly, are wonderful. They made the whole process super easy and responded quickly to any questions we had. You can’t beat the location. It is just a few steps to the boardwalk and beach. The condo was clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need for your vacation. But the best part is the balcony. We spent a lot of time outside enjoying the view. Our family cannot wait to return to Ocean City and will definitely be renting this condo again.

The location is great. We easily walked to beach, restaurants and groceries. The house is well-appointed with comfortable mattresses, etc. Communication with owner was great. No complaints here. Perfect choice.

We had the pleasure of renting a beach house on the beach block, and it was truly a fantastic experience. The house was everything we had hoped for, nice and clean, with an atmosphere that instantly put us at ease. One of the things that impressed me the most was how well-maintained the property was. From the spotless kitchen to the neatly organized bedrooms, we felt like we were staying in a home away from home. It was wonderful to be able to walk just a few steps and find ourselves on the sandy shores or enjoying a delicious meal at a nearby restaurant. Our stay was perfect! We had everything we could need and it was in the center of downtown Ocean City. We were comfortable and very happy with our choice. The owners were well organized and checked in with us during our stay. We look forward to our next stay! I would highly recommend this location for a family vacation.

We loved the place! Clean, great kitchen, nice deck, nice bedrooms, and nice and close to the boards and beach! ..and wonderfully close to our fave pizza place? We loved that beach tags and a cart for carrying everything for a day on the beach were supplied...and chairs!

We have been going to OCNJ for years, and our stay this week was another amazing week for our family. This home was clean and comfortable. The sheets and towels being made available really make things easier. We would definitely recommend this home.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. It had everything we needed for a fun long weekend and is an absolute perfect location. Not many other places can say you don’t even need to cross a street to reach the heart of the boardwalk.
