Real Escapes Properties offers an end unit townhome with lots of room to relax. Unit #106 is in a great location and it would be perfect for two families getting together. 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath condo has over 1,860 SF of living area.
The first floor has two bedrooms, a full bath and washer/dryer. Bedroom #1 is on the left - with a King-sized bed and TV. On the right you'll find a blast of sunshine in Bedroom #2 - with a set of twin beds and a door opening up to the private courtyard area.There is one full bathroom downstairs with a tub/shower combination and a stack-able washer/dryer unit.
The second floor of this classic beach house is where you will find the kitchen, living room and dining area. Hardwood flooring, lots of windows and light-colored furniture make this a great gathering place. The kitchen is equipped with standard amenities. There is plenty of seating for your crowd - either at one of the tables or the kitchen bar. TV in the living room. A half-bathroom is also located on this level. There is a screen porch located off of the front of the house from the 2nd floor and a deck area off the dining room.
The 3rd Floor has 2 more bedrooms, each with a Queen bed and en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combination. Rounding out the area is a lounge area and another sun porch access. The bedroom on the right is equipped with a TV.
Location: Property is located near East Beach area almost adjacent to the Coast Guard Station (Beach Access). In addition, it is about a 1.8-mile bike ride into the village. Located off of Ocean Boulevard, this property is walking distance to Crabdaddy's and Crab Trap (less than 1/2 mile).

• Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sand on top of one of the first floor beds, Bedroom on left on the top floor smelled really bad, AC on 3rd floor stopped working, Water did not work in tub shower combo in the other bedroom on the 3rd floor. Coffee maker did not work, some of the sliding doors did not lock. May recommend to family or friend with warning to check everything-coffee maker, sand on beds, water in showers, AC.

    Several members of my party started showing symptoms of black mold toxicity after just 24 hours! So, so many bugs dead and alive throughout the whole trip that needs to be addressed. The carpets are disgusting. Comforters look like they have never been washed and need to be replaced. Absolutely no sign of cleaning before arrival. Overall very disappointed in this unit

    The location on East Beach is excellent. The property is in need of refurbishing: floors, porch screens, bathrooms, etc all were in rough shape. We've used STRs a lot and this one was not the greatest. Still, we enjoyed the short stay.

    It was a little run down, needs some new sheets, curtains, a good deep cleaning and a few visual repairs. Had trouble with the keys working the door lock also. If we had been staying for more than a two night stay I would have been discouraged but with only 4 adults and we stayed gone except to sleep it worked out ok

    Pros: Walk to east Beach, bathroom per bedroom ratio, decks on each level, Cons: DIRTY, FALLING APART. Broken stained furniture, mattresses are old and worn out, light fixtures not working, bathtubs drains broken, carpet is worn/ripped and stained. holes in walls. balcony's/decks are all too filthy to use, grill is broken. dust and spider webs everywhere. Mosquito infested downstairs. linen is threadbare and stained. pillows are gross. spices/oils are rancid. AC is leaking into carpet.
