Spacious 3BR, Perfect Downtown location w/ Pool, Hot tub, & Shuttle Access

We had a wonderful experience at the property! It is located so close to Winter Park and right in the downtown area with restaurants and stores all walkable. The house itself had everything needed and was very spacious. The kids loved the sledding hill across the street (the house has several sleds to use!) and the heated pool and hot tub. We will definitely stay again and add another night!

what a great condo! Clean, beautiful, and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The shuttle bus to the ski resort and other areas was very convenient to get to and never waited long.Would highly recommend this condo and locale

My family had an incredible stay at this property in Winter Park. The condo was immaculate and so well appointed. All of the spaces are so roomy, well laid out and welcoming! The bedrooms were all very spacious and comfortable. The owners really thought of everything, from sleds, for the great sledding hill right outside, in the awsome ski closet to lotion in the bathroom.The location is great- centrally located and walkable to great restaurants, shops and shuttle. The owner Jerry was so responsive and a delight to work with. Would highly recommend this condo and look foward to our next visit.

This 3-bedroom condo was perfect for our family of five. It had a great location and was close enough to walk to dinner each night, but was also a quick drive to winter park ski resort. The bedding and mattresses were comfortable and everything was well stocked to get us through our stay. We would definitely rent again!

This condo has everything you need. It is in the perfect location, is very spacious and the owners were wonderful to work with!

Great location for 4th of July show. Easy to walk to restaurants. Great mountain hiking right from the condo. Comfortable stay.

Wonderful location to watch and hear the Blues From the Top music festival. A two minute walk to the park and just 5 min to pretty much everything you need…restaurants, shopping, hiking trail. Loved that all the rooms were on one level and there was plenty of space for everyone to dine. Very well appointed kitchen. Everything was like new and very comfortable. The balcony was our favorite. Would definitely stay here again.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family of six! We frequent Winter Park several times a year and usually stay closer to the ski resort. This was our first time in this location and won’t be the last. The condo was close to our favorite restaurants - yet only a 5 min drive to the ski resort. You could even jump on a shuttle that picked up a few steps away. The condo had everything we needed - cooking supplies, toiletries, etc…. The boys loved the hot tub and pool. The hosts were responsive and caring. I know we were one of the first to book through VRBO so don’t let the lack of reviews be a deterrent. Everything was perfect! Hope to stay here again soon!
